We made reservations and sat at our table at our reservation time. 15 minutes passed and we were not even greeted by wait staff. We ended up leaving. Prices were ridiculous as well for a restaurant attached to a theatre. Too bad because we had to grab food elsewhere to come back to see our movie on time. There were 3 people at the hostess station standing around and 2 waitstaff for a busy dining room. Poor management.

Slow slow slow service. Arrived with 50 minutes before our movie. Got seated, and a few minutes later another couple were seated behind us. A server took their order first, and asked what time their movie started and offered to box up their food for the show. He never came to our table. It was 15 minutes before a DIFFERENT server came to ours (we were the only other couple in that section). He never asked if we were there to see a movie, we hurriedly ordered our drinks and food, got out drinks minutes later, but no food with 15 minutes to go before showtime. So we asked the host who seated us if we could get our food in boxes since our movie was about to start, and thankfully she was able to do so and it came out with 5 minutes to spare. But then I had to pay the check the old fashioned way? Took our slow server too long to come back with my card.
Thankfully we arrived in the theater just in time for previews.
Oh, and my soda was flat and flavorless. The same soda from the theater tasted better.
Will not be returning for food, unless we have HOURS before a movie, apparently.

The pizza is still great. Everything else is terrible. Menu items are unavailable such as the chicken salad (they will make it with chicken fingers if you want, but it's supposed to be grilled chicken) and the kitchen sink salad is dripping in dressing. Service was extremely slow. Restaurant seemed very understaffed and yet it was empty.
No spotted cow available. No happy hour specials. Place was dead, service was slow.

Our table preference was not honored even tho I could see available tables. Menu prices higher than online menu. Noisy, freezing cold inside. Pizza was a step above frozen. One and done for us.
well judjing from 3** this is probably landing on deaf ears.
HOWEVER...Let me say this is my FAVORITE pizza when done the right way...
cheese,sausge,mush,onion(ordered LITE),blk olives.
flavor outstanding...but many slices had ZERO sausge, zero blk olives but there were many, many ,many onions...even after specifiying LITE ON THE ONIONS..
Very sad cuz this is or was a 5* pizza..
second time in a few short months this has happned..
we'll see. I don't want to give up on them. cuz they have been DELICIOUs!!!!!

Despite being a slow night with plenty of staff visible, the timing of our meal was off; the appetizer came about 90 seconds before the pizza and I had to flag someone down to get some more water. The Pizza Dippers were pretty meh; way too much sauce and hardly any cheese to be found on the appetizer, though the ranch went well with the item. Speaking of sauce, the pizza was also extra saucy this time around, which we had not experienced in the past here.
This is not zaffiros. Call it something else. Just plain awful

Delightful, attentive server. Food was good, as always. Just a little disappointed that the large kitchen sink salad has shrunk dramatically.

I don’t know where to start. A waitress that lied to us, horrible service, and mediocre pizza. Arrived at 5:30 on July 27. Ordered a chicken sandwich with mozzarella. Didn’t have the mozzarella but it did have mayo or some weird white sauce POURED all over it. Ordered a medium pizza that took forty five minutes to get. The waitress kept giggling and saying it will be out in a few minutes. Forty five minutes it took and it wasn’t very good. Zaffiro’s on Farwell is far superior to this dump! The waitress was a young girl with long blonde hair and a pink head band and giggles way too much. She said the manager would comp the pizza which was a lie. They took off ten dollars rather than 16.95. When questioned she said she couldn’t change it because the computer timed out but she would give us a free movie ticket. Wow! Big deal! I told her we are never coming back and she giggled and said ok have a nice night. Does anybody run this place that knows anything?

This pizza has no flavor. I think they forgot the pizza sauce also. Nothing on it. Didn't taste anything like the Farwell restaurant. Waste of time and money!

We tried Zaffiro’s before a movie, thinking it’d be a convenient spot for a quick meal. Unfortunately, service was slow and inattentive. Despite arriving 55mins before the show with just two kids and one adult and taking only minutes to determine what we wanted, we were *still* late for the show. We had to ask for someone to take our order, and to get the bill, the kids were given the wrong sauces, and we were charged extra for kiddie cocktails even though kids’ meals include a drink (which we then did not receive) - pointing that out on the menu didn't even seem to help it sink in, and I didn't have time to dispute it further. No one asked if we had a show coming up or make any effort to move things along or ever stopped to ask how things were going, which you'd expect at a theater-connected restaurant. Disappointing.
Really impressed, much better than previous visits a few years ago. Pizza was amazing, appetizers and dessert were equally very good. Service was excellent.
1 draft beer, 1 margarita =25 mins.
Jon Taffer please help this god forsaken place. Greg Marcus- please stop making a pre show ad one time and put the money into hiring decent staff here.
