It's Arby's! They still have the same solid menu they always have. I grabbed a limited time value box and enjoyed it (sandwich, small fries, small drink, 2 mozz sticks, and a dessert). $8 was a great price point for lunch. The employees were polite and smiling, and the online ordering system was easy.

They still have Ham & Swiss sandwiches, that’s a plus.However, it seems with this Arby’s that my sandwich is always cold and there isn’t enough Swiss cheese. Curly fries are usually burned! The app sucks. No point in being a rewards member because you have to use the app for discounts and place an order from the app.

Every time I come here, I have to wait for my food, but it's always fresh and delicious when I get it. Staff isn't overly friendly, but it's whatever. They always get my order right and give me enough sauce.

The food is typical Arbys. The staff seemed confused when I ordered and it seemed it took a couple of them to put their heads together to figure it out. I am not sure the confusion but it seemed to be a struggle to put the roast beef together.
I did get my order just the way I ordered it so that was good. It was also cooked right so that is another plus.
The only other complaint I had is the garbage cans were full and really were in need of being emptied. I did arrive just after the what I would assume to be a lunch rush but with only a couple customers in the building I am surprised that they didn't have things cleaned up.
Overall it did the trick and got me a quick meal.

Restroom hasn't been cleaned in weeks if not months. Dining room was filthy as well. Going somewhere else to eat as this makes me nervous of what's in the kitchen.
If you are going to eat at Arby’s, this is the best in town. Most staff have been around for years, good manager. Never had any problems, go to is the cheddar roast beef, half pound if you’re really hungry. If you like more flavor, add horsey sauce and arbys sauce.
No au jus in the bag for the French dip, nor horsey sauce for the big roast beef sandwich. You had one job...and no other cars in the drive through.

Went to Arby’s drive thru 3/8/25 and was placing my order and was told they could make the first 3 sandwiches but would be unable to sell me anymore beef sandwiches as they didn’t have anymore beef ready! This is a restaurant that is known for their roast beef and they didn’t have anymore ready? So disappointing because I go to the Middleton location and spend a lot of money here and couldn’t even get what I wanted! I live out of Middleton about 45 minutes so this was very disappointing!
