It’s so hard to find an actually decent McDonald’s… this was ok. Food was good. Staff were ok. & there wasn’t a long of a wait.

The door was locked at 1040pm. I was unable to order and the employee saw me standing there and walked away.

Been there twice. Forgot something from my order both times. I had to tell my kids they'd have to share what they had even though I paid for all their food. We won't be going again. Edit 11/29/24. Tried again. Got some delivery and did I get the fries I paid for? Nope. Done with this McDonald's!

They always give everything wrong and take the wrong orders, I order and I'm always missing something in my bag today I was missing a large potato the employees who have the mcchiken tend to be reluctant and it's not supposed to be spicy they always taste spicy every time I go I have problems with that place because it seems like they don't know how to do their job. It's not fair that you pay for something and they don't give you what you ask for.

Building full of flies workers don't speak any English gave me my food not how I wanted it and then had to audacity to have an attitude about it worse McDonald's ever never taking my kids back there if you're going to work at these type of establishments you need to be able to speak the language to make sure you are doing the customers of service

Awful location, awful owners.

Pretty bad all around. Only come here when our kids ask for it. No soda machines for refills, the wait for food is always long, food is not warm, orders always wrong/missing, and no one is at the counter (so scream into the kitchen if you need something)! Their other Middleton location the owners have is just the same, except they have soda machines in the dining area.

9/18/2024 at 8 pm: Cold and flat, poorly put together and very sloppy Big Mac; and cold soggy fries. A disappointment.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Middleton that we’ve ever gone to my grand son love his McDonald’s when he get out of school he looked at me sideways when he pulled his fries out of the bag so now we know to get off at greenway tomorrow so that we DO NOT make this mistake again the fries aren’t golden brown or hot any more he left the fries you guys can’t even make a simple cup of coffee in the morning and now it’s the got doggone French fries do better people just do better the little people love McDonald’s KIDS ARE PEOPLE TOO MAKE THEIR FOOD FRESH PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! Geeshhhhh

I was a McDonald's customer on A SLOW Sunday at 4:51pm. I ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese, 10 piece chicken McNugget, 4 large fries, and ranch.

I was asked to pull ahead to wait. I waited 10 minutes for a worker to only bring out the fries, and then I said it wasn't all that I ordered. She said okay, and said she would check on it. Then another worker came out with my receipt telling me the rest of my ordered should be at the bottom of the bag. When I showed her the bag without the nuggets or burger, she said I didn't need to be rude. I was explaining that she was incorrect. Then waited 5 more minutes, until I went into the restaurant. The worker who was unfriendly, yelled and was talking about me loudly to the rest of her friends behind the counter. I just wanted my full order. The manager didn't apologize and asked me to tell "my version of the story." He just nodded but didn't give me much else. Is this the culture and customer service that McDonald's is now? The Google reviews are all true?

Often times they get my order wrong and I’m charged for something I didn’t want. The food is slightly better than the greenway station one but still my food is usually soggy and I’m missing sauce packets

I received a meal that had hair in the burger, the fries were extremely cold. When I took this up with the manager, she did nothing about this and didn’t offer to make it right.

I’m sure glad I wasted $25 on a meal where I was only able to take 1 bite then throw it in the garbage.
