Why did this lady hand me an overflowing drink covered in napkins. If it's covered in napkins pour some out and pour the rest into a new container. Idiot

Overall, its okay.

Breakfast time is great here… such good food and fresh stuff.

It’s so hard to find an actually decent McDonald’s… this was ok. Food was good. Staff were ok. & there wasn’t a long of a wait.

The door was locked at 1040pm. I was unable to order and the employee saw me standing there and walked away.

Been there twice. Forgot something from my order both times. I had to tell my kids they'd have to share what they had even though I paid for all their food. We won't be going again. Edit 11/29/24. Tried again. Got some delivery and did I get the fries I paid for? Nope. Done with this McDonald's!

They always give everything wrong and take the wrong orders, I order and I'm always missing something in my bag today I was missing a large potato the employees who have the mcchiken tend to be reluctant and it's not supposed to be spicy they always taste spicy every time I go I have problems with that place because it seems like they don't know how to do their job. It's not fair that you pay for something and they don't give you what you ask for.

Building full of flies workers don't speak any English gave me my food not how I wanted it and then had to audacity to have an attitude about it worse McDonald's ever never taking my kids back there if you're going to work at these type of establishments you need to be able to speak the language to make sure you are doing the customers of service

Awful location, awful owners.

Pretty bad all around. Only come here when our kids ask for it. No soda machines for refills, the wait for food is always long, food is not warm, orders always wrong/missing, and no one is at the counter (so scream into the kitchen if you need something)! Their other Middleton location the owners have is just the same, except they have soda machines in the dining area.

9/18/2024 at 8 pm: Cold and flat, poorly put together and very sloppy Big Mac; and cold soggy fries. A disappointment.
