We are really happy that we chose Capital for our wedding reception. Dawn and colleagues were very accommodating and helpful, and the bartenders on the night were fantastic. We had the two indoors rooms and access to the biergarten, and (despite my best efforts with a killer wedding playlist) by the end of the night everyone was out in the biergarten listening to the great live band. Great venue, great people, great beer. Thank you!

Came to grab a quick beer between activities. Bier Garten was the only section only, but very relaxing in the shade, with some good music and a great selection of beer. Sat early PM stop recommended.

My favorite brewery in madison!! Living in German for a year this is the closest place to matching the quality of German beer! Bock fest is also an awesome time!
I'm sitting here enjoying the Barleywine and wishing you had better bar staff. The young woman behind the bar hasn't made fresh popcorn in over an hour--multiple guests have walked up to the empty case and walked away disappointed. She hasn't cleared a single table, either. It's a shame, because your beer is pretty good. But the service isnt.

An awesome brewery with a great beer selection! Open all year, but especially attractive in the warmer months where they have a HUGE outdoor seating area complete with a stage where they have regular live music! Food trucks also frequently visit in the summer! A great spot to hang out.

This place has A+ environs and solid B beer. The staff are great, the clientele are great. Good neighborhood spot great for everyone, including families.

Most beer average, acceptable. Couple beers tasted of diactyl and DMS. Bartender argued about what I tasted and denied any issues, eventually gave me a different beer. Underwhelmed and will get beer elsewhere after this experience.
