Pizza is still good, but recently they’ve been leaving a slice out on the counter while waiting for the rest. That slice then gets plenty cold, and if you say anything you get an eye roll or completely ignored. Food court needs new management for sure.

So I got a Costco membership and then discovered all my credit cards and atm are all Mastercard based and costco is in bed with visa and will only accept visa.
So I won’t be buying anything. Big waste of my time and money . Bye costco….

This is one of my favorite Costco stores. The only thing I wish Costco would change is please let me order a birthday cake online for pickup in the store. I live over an hour away, so just swinging in to order one and then pick up isn’t really an option. It would also be nice to order for family members in different states.

They have a bunch of satisfying snacks and dishes, but tell anyone their hotdogs are not delicious and you probably be wrong be wrong! The bun itself is soft, flavorful and holds the almost footlong dog secure as the hotdog extends out both sides of the bun. They place it in a nice warming bag so it's totally portable out the door. Ketchup, yellow mustard and relish available at the condiment station with napkins too if you care to take your hotdog with you. My hotdog never makes it out the exit because I'll pay the buckfifty and tax for and a soda on occasion because I can sit down at a nearby table and enjoy it there before moving onto the next thing. I do wish they had small bags of chips to compliment it because I'd like to have that American classic savory option too, js.

This store stinks. I teach Logistics & Supply Chain. The SP store I go out of my way to display bar codes so the hand wand can scan them. SP store mgr told me one day if everyone did that we probably wouldn’t have lines. Bingo. Today at West, the person emptied the cart completely, scanned everything with the hand wand and then put it back in the cart. I looked at him and said did you see what you just did?!? He said he’s required to empty the cart? I looked around and they all were doing it. That is the most inefficient practice I’ve ever seen in a large chain store. Employees are rude there as well.
