Took over an hour to deliver on a Monday night, forgot items within the order and the end result was a luke warm mushy order. Pizza was soggy mush, chicken was inedible (cold fatty chicken wings) and the icing for the cinnamon bread was replaced with blue cheese dressing. This brand sucks and deserves to end up with the others way past their time. I would not recommend...

I placed my order through the automated system, and it was repeated back to me correctly. However, when the order was delivered, it was incorrect.
I called the store to address the issue, and the manager, Collin, answered the phone. As I began explaining the situation, he abruptly told me it wasn’t his problem and then hung up on me.
This was an extremely disappointing experience and a clear example of poor customer service. As a manager, it's his responsibility to assist customers—not dismiss their concerns and end the call.
Domino’s should seriously reconsider having someone like this represent their brand.

seeing as how it is impossible to get reach this location on via phone, i figure ill post it here
15 minutes ago a subaru outback/forester w/ a dominos logo on top of it almost hit me and my partner as we were crossing the street. the light was on and the driver had ample time to stop.
unfortunately, the driver was not paying attention and busy with his phone, so we had to stop walking to avoid getting hit by his car!
anyhow, the fast delivery really isnt worth it if pedestrians have to dodge your delivery drivers

My daughter just came in asking for water we have a long walk home! The lady at the front was very rude to them for no reason! Very uncalled for unprofessional even if you guys didn’t have a cup of water she could’ve been nicer about it!

Crazy fast delivery. Ordered wings and a pizza at about 11:30 on a Friday night. The order arrived in about 15 minutes. I mentioned to the driver how fast it was and he said there was a new manager. All I can say is wow - super fast.

Much love to the guys here. The dining rush is hellish and it's hard to keep up with the waves of orders. My orders have been a bit late, but that's what happens when you order at a bad time. For a smaller place they're hitting above their weight class, and I hope the franchise can recognize that.

She then asked me my address and connected me with the driver. The driver said my order was delivered but it never was. He said he buzzed my apartment but never did. I noticed a parked car with lights on at one point but never saw or heard anyone walk down the steps towards my apartment building’s door. I missed his call but went to look for the order outside right after and could not find it. I checked every possible entrance and even checked the buildings next door. I was denied a refund and told he “didn’t know what to do since his manager wasn’t there” and told me to call 1-800-domino for a giftcard. 2.21.25 between 9pm-11pm
Entirely wrong order, and I can’t even report it because their system is saying my food never left the store. Obviously my food never left the store if I received something entirely different…

I frequently order pizza for pickup here, and it's always ready when promised. Simple, cheap, and consistent. My only issue with this store is when other customers hold up the line.

Great people, caring people at this location, especially Stephanie, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's pizza didn't have any allergens in it. She took the time to go that extra step to make sure everything was safe for her known allergies, even going in the back to read labels. People like that should be acknowledged and praised. We need more people like her. Thanks again, Stephanie, you rock!!
