Food here is absolutely delicious; it's freshly cooked and served hot. Serving sizes are larger than average, so it's worth the added expense over other burger places. Hands down the best burger and fries in the area. I also had a shake which was phenomenal.

I tried Five Guys years ago and couldn’t remember why I never went back. I tried it again today and the food was not good. The fries were freshly made but they were soft. The burger was gross, too salty and the bread they use tastes like the cheap hamburger buns you get from the grocery store. The buns should at least be warmed up toasted or something. The servers were polite, but I will never ever eat there again.

I haven’t been to a 5 Guys in years, so this is partly a review of this location and partly a review of the chain. I ordered regular burger, small fries, and small drink for $21. How is that even possible?? How much is Shaq getting from his franchisees, or did he wisely sell them already? How can any normal person afford to eat this average-at-best fast food? At this location they don’t even wipe the tables clean. When I got there, maybe half the tables were full and all but the smallest little table were filthy, so I sat at the one clean table. When I left the place was almost empty and yet the tables had not been wiped and all were covered in food waste. I will never eat at 5 Guys again, instead using that same money for a proper meal, or if in a hurry, cheaper fast food.

I enjoy a good burger and this place delivers on that. Though I order the Jr burger because the regular burger is two patties. They also give you a generous portion of fries (fill the container and then pour more in the bag). Just a good burger. Our son loves the shakes as well.

Friday night at 5:15. Staff was friendly. Burgers were great! Fries were soggy, tasteless, and expensive. Options on soft drink machine were plentiful.

Burgers were fire, staff was friendly...Fries suck but that's just the way whole potato fries are. Edit: Okay so I just went back with my son and got a couple more burgers and gave the fries another chance and I will say that I was seriously surprised. Completely different experience with the fries this time. Burgers still 10/10 fantastic and the fries this time were not soggy at all, perfectly salted and had a nice crunch. May depend on the time of day you go or the staff who's working. Fries were about all you could ask for from a potato. This place is straight GOLD. 🔥🔥 Will return every time I'm in Middleton.
My daughter and I came to this location and the gentlemen here were so kind and considerate. We came when they opened and they warned us before they turned on the music. They provided excellent customer service and the food was quick and delicious. My kids love the high top tables too; they call this the place with the fun tables.

This location frustrates me because all the tables (except 1 handicapped table) are bar height. This makes taking our 2 young kids very difficult to dine in. There are high chairs available, but they are the low regular size, therefore the kids sit far below the table. We regularly want to get 5 Guys when we discuss eating out, but then remember the difficulty of dining in at this location, and choose Culver’s instead. Food is great. Service and quality is consistent with every other 5 guys location I’ve been too.

Will never give you the amount of fries you paid for. Only enough fries to barely fill a large cup and none extra. What you pay for is a large cup full of fries plus an extra scoop in the bag but what you get is barely considered medium.
