Caught the employee trying to skim $5 from change I was supposed to be given out of $100 bill. He made a funny face when I told him his mistake like I wouldn’t notice. The food is so sloppy at this location. Will never be back. Prices are outrageous and the service sucks.

The food is decent, but the prices are outrageous. $21.60 for a regular cheeseburger, medium fries, medium drink. Basically twice the price of a McD's, Culver's, etc. Just not worth what they're asking.

Dashed a triple cheese burger, A hot dog and Cajun fries. They got to Fitchburg in good Time.The fries were absolutely perfect - a Lil soggy from the trip over but we're delicious and spicy! The hotdog was spot on with my custom add ones. The double cheese burger had the extras but they missed the extra 3rd patty that I added to my order. Door dash made it right. Just disappointing as Fice Guys is normally on the ball!

Went in here on, I believe it was, the night before Thanksgiving because I didn't feel like cooking and happened to be in the area. I never had Five Guys before, so I needed help understanding the burger sizes, etc. Brady was so helpful. He is such a nice and polite young man!Our burgers were good, but my bun got soggy by the time I got home. Next time I'll eat in. Fries were awesome!
We had been traveling all day and showed up 15 minutes before close. They were very friendly and accommodating.

What the fries?!?!?! For $7.59, this is considered a large fry. A large cup that isn't even filled to the top. Yes, there are fries in the bag but not 8 dollars worth. That's twice we've had a poor fry experience. We thought the regular fry was bad last time and decided on a large this time. What a waste of money. Their prices are already high and this is just absurd. What a joke!!!!

Me and my family went out for family dinner here. And this is the worst place I've ever been. Right as I walked into this nightmare I slipped on a pile of piss. Yes literally piss. After I got cleaned up I still decided to try to eat here and oh boy.... That was the worst idea of my life. The building is super old and it's so dirty the floors looked like they weren't cleaned in ages! As we sat down there were crumbs and spilt condiments all over the table. We asked a worker if she could clean it up and she gave us a rag and told us to do it ourselves! I brushed it off and decided to order a hotdog, oh boy I love hotdogs and they gave me this uncooked peace of bread with 2 uncooked weiners. . And that was my last straw, I yelled at the workers and as I was leaving I saw Kanye west outside. When I went to take a picture of him and greet him, he unleashed a huge wave of obscenities I've never heard in my life. And Me and my family were so over we went to Mc Donald's instead.
