Freska Mediterranean Grill

I ordered the falafel plate. The falafels themselves were pretty good. The pita bread was soft and delicious. The couscous was fluffy, but unseasoned and seemed a touch stale. The tomato and cucumber salad had no discernible herbs or seasoning. The feta was not bad. The olives were American-style black olives, instead of Kalamata or other Greek-style olives. The tiny bit of dressing came in a plastic cup. The food was served on Styrofoam. The staff seemed like they were tired of serving people. The tables were clean, but all the booths had food remnants. I was disappointed; this wasn't what I was expecting. (I gave three stars, but that might have been generous.)

Food was delicious, portions generous, and price range very reasonable. The staff were pleasant and the establishment was very clean.

I had their gyro combo and quite enjoyed it. Their well-seasoned fries complimented the meal quite well.

My goodness, I now understand why the restaurant was completely empty at 2:10 PM.
Food is bland, the spinach pie was soggy. the worst part was the customer service - It was absolute garbage.

This is a Chipotle/Subway style place where you order want you want and add toppings. I had a lamb gyro with a side of couscous. Lamb is very good and the a good portion. The couscous was well seasoned. I definitely recommend.

Not sure what happened to this place! It used to be amazing. The food is still pretty good, but the restaurant felt run down and dirty. The booth seats were all taped up and it just felt sad. The staff was less than friendly. I got charged for 2 beverages even though I only asked if a drink was included in the meal.

The food is bland, the service is extremely bad, and they nickel and dime you. Don't get their pepper based aioli. I got sick from their aioli in a gyro combo which didn't even include a drink.

The food is okay (not great, not terrible) but I felt really nickel and dimed by the staff.

I ordered a pita sandwich, and the guy asks me if I want hummus on the pita. Sure, why not. Then the next person says I only get 3 toppings instead of 4 since hummus counts as one. The way the guy asked it seemed like hummus was an included option, why didn’t they tell me I was using up a topping? I wouldn’t have gotten it. I asked for harissa sauce and they gave me tahini instead, which I didn’t realize until I already paid and was eating it.

Also, there was a 15% discount for $15+ orders if you were an attendee of a local event. When I asked for it, the discount was only applied to the $10 entree— not the whole $15 order. Really guys, for $.75 you’re not gonna fully honor the deal?

If the food blew me away I would begrudgingly come back, but it didn’t — as I said, it was mediocre. Nothing bad, nothing special. Only positive I can say is interior decor is nice.

The servers were rushing through the order, even when there was no rush or any queue.
Since they were rushing we had little time to think about the customization.
The staff don't understand English properly so it gets occasionally difficult to communicate.
