We stopped in and asked what they had for matcha drinks. The guy behind the counter in Verona barely spoke English. He only offered 2 ideas though I had just read another (special) on the door when I walked in. We just got a matcha latte and it honestly tasted like root beer flavored milk. Not bad but not matcha nor very good!

My family has been coming here for a while, and it's always been one of our favorite spots for coffee. Unfortunately, today's experience has completely changed that. One of the baristas, Lidia, displayed an extremely poor attitude that ruined my visit. She called my name when my coffee was ready, but I didn’t pick it up because it was the wrong drink, so I assumed it was meant for someone else. A few minutes later, she called my name again and remarked, “It’s been sitting here,” in a dismissive tone. I explained that the drink was wrong, and she offered to remake it—but did so while rolling her eyes. When I asked if there was an issue, she responded by rolling her eyes again. Lidia continued to behave unprofessionally, whispering to the other barista while maintaining the same attitude. It felt like a middle school gossip session. I asked to speak with a manager, but there wasn’t one available. I’m really disappointed, as this was once one of my favorite places, but I won’t be returning due to Lidia's behavior.

I got a gingerbread cappuccino. The coffee was great, amazing even. If you're looking for just a good cup of coffee definitely the spot to go in the area!
The seating area was very open and spacious and the decor and atmosphere clean, beautiful, and loved the various types of seating options! Cute place to get work done if need be.
Only turn off was the service. Nothing too wrong. Just got a weird vibe from the barista. Thought she just had a bad day, but then watched her demeanor change instantly when a man came to the bar. Gave me an ich to the experience.

The atmosphere is overly crowded and loud. The staff are clearly overloaded and rightly annoyed as a result. The food was good the first few visits. The last two times I went, I got food poisoning. There won't be a third chance.

A good place to get coffee and tea. The specialty seasonal drinks are always interesting and the food is fresh and yummy. Their chicken salad sandwich is especially good with fresh greens, served on a buttery croissant. Also a good place to get a matcha latte in any size, flavor, or level of sweetness. I highly recommend going.
