Apple cider was very good and the staff was very pleasant! Busy but I liked that the tables were spaced out so it didn't feel crowded

Delicious coffee and incredible staff! I love visiting and having Claire give me recommendations. Best pumpkin spice in town too.

i’ve been to almost all of their locations ~ dang, does the quality and service vary from place to place. in Middleton i just ordered a mediterranean quinoa bowl and the quinoa is literally frozen. side note: for the salmon toast, they cut the bread but not the salmon on top, and if you ask them to cut the salmon for you they’ll say they can’t take it back. it’s extremely hard to cut with a butter knife, so prepare to get your hands messy. overall i enjoy their drinks and ambiance enough to continue returning. a couple links they could really work out is consistently friendly service and quality.

Nice atmosphere and lots of space for working. Matcha could be improved.

Nice spicy chai, however could have been hotter (temperature).
Chocolate croissant very dry. Less chocolate than one would expect. Large size however proportions were off. Tasted day old at 9 am, really dry. 12 oz latte and pastry for $12

First time in Madison and wanted a local spot to enjoy breakfast. The vibe, food, and service was amazing and I'll definitely be back!

This place is super busy in the mornings. Looking for a local coffee shop and this one is nice. We went a couple of mornings. Ordered online once Has breakfast items which were good. It still took just as long as waiting in store. Will go again though

Don't go here unless you make more than 250k/ year. The pastries are very overpriced and although they look nice aesthetically, they are mediocre at best. The coffee is okay -- not super distinct from any other coffee shop once again undermining the price you pay for a morning stop. I'd take Dunkin over this place which says a lot.

Came in at 1pm on a Wednesday and had to wait 20 mins for drinks because there was only one person making them when it was clearly busy and people were standing. There was a lady who was taking orders at one point, she stepped to the back by the alcohol and started eating a yogurt parfait and disappeared while we were waiting. People came in to order and she did not appear for 5-10 minutes while they waited for someone to take their food order. With the amount of coffee places in the vicinity, not very impressed at all.

Customer service is lacking in many ways. The girl at the register completely disregarded me as I was next in line and took the woman behind me. Then avoided coming back to the register or making eye contact with me. When she finally did she didn't say a word to me and when I stated I was there to pick up an order, she pointed to the counter and proceeded to help the next customer in line. I've never to this location before so not familiar with their pick-up services, but best believe I will not be returning.
