I work in Guest Services myself and it was a great reminder that treating people with respect and courtesy is not dead. I ordered a sub for delivery. It was supposed to be a number 13 Italian original Mike’s way.. I got a pile of ham, and a little salami and a little pepperoni with a load of banana peppers and Mayo. I’m a believer in letting the store make it right so I called. No answer, got the answering machine, messages full. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service.

A tad pricey but their subs, both hot and cold are great. One of their selling points is their fresh, soft bread which have several varieties, though all may not be available at every location (this one did not have seeded Italian). Their desserts are good value and size which is nice and bucks a common trend over overpriced and oversized sweets.
I love the Jersey shore vibes the decor of the site gives off as well!

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for the last year or so (they are easily my favorite subs of all time). I specifically go to the Middleton location in Greenway Station not just because of its location but because of amazing staff and manager &/or franchise owner. He remembers me every time I come in and gives the warmest greeting. Big thank you to all the staff but especially the manager. You run a well oiled machine and your customer service is out of this world. Keep up the great work.
