Usually Jersey Mikes is great, but this location sure isn't. Have seen staff badmouthing customers on the line and my online order today had mayonaisse spread on it which I didn't order and can't eat. Would recommend against eating here.

I’m speaking directly to the owners of this location. I’ve been leadership positions in retail for the last ten years. I’m not sure if I’ve ever witnessed a more unprofessional manager in my life. This has happened twice now in the last month. While standing in line waiting for my sub, this manager starts yelling, not talking, yelling at customers like he’s on an NFL field taunting the other teams player that he just leveled. “Ya good, ya good, what’s good”… like chill out guy. Then at the register he proceeds to keep yelling and when I tell him I don’t want to sign up for rewards, he starts to make a scene by raising his voice even louder in an aggressive manner, barking at me. At this point, all the customers are looking at me except for the staff…. they are all looking away embarrassed as if they see this on a regular basis. Things need to change or this location will go under quickly. If you like Jersey Mikes subs, just drive to a different location.

Picked up a large order today for work. I was early. Guy working was very nice and offered me a soda while I waited. Great guest service. Great hospitality.
This shop is amazing! Not only are their sandwiches tasty and fresh, their staff is wonderful. The manager (I think he’s the manager) could not be lovelier. He is so friendly and gregarious, and makes every customer feel seen and appreciated. I’m always happy to support this location. Thank you!

I ordered two sandwiches They prepared the steak kabuna and forgot my original Italian. While I waited on the Italian to be made , they gave my steak kahuna to someone else I did not gave time to wait so left with only one of sandwiches

It was my first time, ever, there and the man taking orders made it an awesome experience! He was simply the best. I work in Guest Services myself and it was a great reminder that treating people with respect and courtesy is not dead. Kudos to that guy for making me smile a little wider on a day I have a heavy heart.
