I ordered a sub for delivery. It was supposed to be a number 13 Italian original Mike’s way.. I got a pile of ham, and a little salami and a little pepperoni with a load of banana peppers and Mayo. I’m a believer in letting the store make it right so I called. No answer, got the answering machine, messages full. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service.

A tad pricey but their subs, both hot and cold are great. One of their selling points is their fresh, soft bread which have several varieties, though all may not be available at every location (this one did not have seeded Italian). Their desserts are good value and size which is nice and bucks a common trend over overpriced and oversized sweets.
I love the Jersey shore vibes the decor of the site gives off as well!

I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s for the last year or so (they are easily my favorite subs of all time). I specifically go to the Middleton location in Greenway Station not just because of its location but because of amazing staff and manager &/or franchise owner. He remembers me every time I come in and gives the warmest greeting. Big thank you to all the staff but especially the manager. You run a well oiled machine and your customer service is out of this world. Keep up the great work.

So we ordered sub's for takeout.. ready when we arrived. We ordered from JMS as we always had great quality... won't again. We almost literally got a loaf of bread. I didn't eat half of my sub and the wife choked hers down. We have never been disappointed by Subway and will be going that direction next time. I don't like negative reviews but hopefully it causes a change.
I literally spit this bit out, this is supposed to be Smokey southern cheese steak. This really broke my heart from a sub franchise I considered to be the best.

The entire staff was so helpful and friendly, but the leader of the team had the best positive attitude I've witnessed in a while! I called for catering and asked for help. I was taken care of with the best service I've gotten from a sandwich shop EVER! Thanks to that fine gentleman!
