We stopped at around 3:40 pm. today (03/03/25) to get a couple of subs, and the girl at the front could have a better attitude. She just gives you the look like you are bothering her by ordering a sub.

A lot of these reviews really show how contentious and obnoxious the people around here truly are. This Jimmy John’s is fine, even has stellar people working there, but the reality is most of the people working there only make $13 an hour.
Yeah, no wonder they’re closed early so often (at least they were), nobody can truly live off that in this area, to think otherwise is downright ignorance.
You want them to be open later? Why not work there yourself if you’re so uptight about it? Most of these reviews are ridiculous, don’t use google reviews for a genuine feel for any business.

I have had to return to the store 3 different times for putting cheese on a club lulu! Having a dairy allergy sucks, but having a store adding cheese to a cheeseless sandwich is b.s.

I have an issue 98% of the time I order from this store. They never answer the phones. They rarely ever put my online order out to grab. If they do, they still don't mark my food "ready" in the app until hours after I've picked it up. Usually I have to ask one of the multiple workers standing there doing nothing where my order is and if it's ready. The store isn't open half of the time it should be (I've successfully placed an order at noon on a Saturday only to arrive to the store being closed...) Truly the most consistently awful JJ's in the area.

Well, this place has most definitely gone down hill over the years, but this evening we had a craving so we thought, why not give them another chance.
Here’s why not…
1) They are just over a 5 minute drive from our house, yet it took almost an hour for delivery. (We currently have Covid so we opted to pay for delivery. It sucks that you have to tip BEFORE you receive your order)
2) I ordered their Mediterranean chicken wrap and asked that they remove the tomatoes and onions. I did NOT ask them to add anything. The wrap came already falling apart and not only did it have tomatoes, but they went ahead and decided that my wrap should also include giant slices of jalapeños! Not appreciated.
3) There’s a very obvious difference between Diet Coke, and Sprite. It’s really not hard.
Please do better, Jimmy John’s.

I went here after a hard day, when I checked on google to see if they were still open it said that they were open and close at 9, it was not even 8 yet. I was very disappointed to find out that the doors were locked and the lights were off. This made my day worse. Do better

Pretty disappoint, ordered a sandwich an hour before pickup. Went to pickup and was told they don't have the unwhich lettuce wraps - this was after waiting for over 10 minutes in the lobby after my order was supposed to be ready. Reached out to CS via the website it has been a week and I have not heard anything back. Lost the promo item I used to order the sandwich.

Second time I got sandwich’s from this jimmy johns location and they forgot to put meat in AGAIN. Also they close at 6pm even though their the website says 8pm. Someone is dipping out early.
Waited over 25 minutes for my curbside pick up. Employees playing around when I walked in with my food on back counter saying it has been done. When I got my food the girl working was very obnoxious and rude. Will not be ordering from this location any more.

Gross location walk in the front door and youre greeted with a rat trap at your feet. Definitely don’t want to eat there. Nonexistent customer service is what this place is all about. They take your order and then make your sub and then tell you oh by the way, we’re missing half ingredients for the sub. We just didn’t want to tell you when you were paying for it. One of the employees even wanted to walk 100 feet down to the grocery store to buy some cucumbers and was told she couldn’t. Screw this place and don’t bother replying to me asking me to reach out and email somewhere else so the owner can see it if you want the owner to read this then send it to him.
