Picked up my mobile order. Did not receive the drink for our happy meal, did not receive the second order of fries requested in place of the apples in happy meal ( no apples either) and did not receive the ketchup and mayo packets on the order. I double checked my order in the app and I definitely ordered them. Cheeseburger in happy meal had the pickles and onions on it although it was ordered without. I was the only customer in the drive thru when I picked up. The 4 employees in the drive thru area were screaming and laughing and having a blast! Just as loud as could be. Wish they’d put that much effort into reading my order slip. This is not my first experience like this here.

Stop here for breakfast regularly and other meals periodically. Consistent positive experience with food quality, speed of drive-through, and customer service.

Don’t bother ordering from DoorDash here. never make full order and don’t refund the full amount of missing items. This has happened more than 4 times already. Workers are lazy and never give you what you paid for

This is the cleanest, friendliest, and most professionally run McDonald's I've been to in years (I go to McDs all over the country).

Last hand full of visits there’s been missing items, no one understood what we were ordering, had to repeat everything multiple times and still wrong on the board. At the window I was handed a over flowing Hi-C and it was spilling all over me. I asked for napkins and while I was asking he took my drink back and wasn’t going to give it back? I said I want that but I need napkins. I then left and realized we were missing things. I turned around and went back in to get the missing items and waited over ten minutes to be asked what I wanted. No one was in line at this point… music blaring in the back. Then waited another 10 mins to be handed only half of what was missing. Had to ask for the rest… again… then was asked to pay for it?! I said we already did through the drive thru but you didn’t give it to me. Another lady behind me was there now to get what was missing from her order.

I just when to buy 3 burgers and 3 friesand the meat was old and the fries had been out for a long time, none of the food was fresh everything was old

This place had a very a savage feel to it. Not one customer in this place, yet not one clean table. Many customers feel unwelcome walking in, afraid to order anything at this location. Any other location is better.

Everything was good, but the person who was in the drive thru sound it tired of being alive is like if you dont like your job, find a different one i would come back just because of the meal
