Stopped there with some of our grandkids for lunch while on our way to Black Earth Children's Museum. We had chicken nuggets, which were good. The only downside was we had to go back to counter a couple times to get the correct dipping sauces and salt.

Was a hot day so I thought a drink would be nice. Went through drive through and ordered a Lg. Dr. Pepper. Got to the payment window and the gal says “you had the Diet Coke?” I said no, I ordered a Lg. Dr. Pepper. Gal says “a Diet Dr Pepper”, I repeat again a Lg. Dr Pepper. Gal asks, “What size?” …. By this time I am ready to lose it …. A LG DR PEPPER! Finally a manager (I think) comes over and tells me I’m being rude. I was like, excuse me, she can’t even get a simple order right and I’ve already repeated myself 4 times. Finally pay for my drink and I pull up to the pick up window … and the guy there says “you had the Lg Coke?” Ok, for the fifth and final time … I …Ordered… a .. lg… Dr. Pepper!!!! Finally got what I came for, but I will not be back if they can’t get their service better! Something as simple as my order should have taken 2 minutes, not 10 minutes. This place needs to get it together and learn how to treat customers better. It would have been much better, if the manager just started off saying “I’m really sorry about the confusion, this gal is new, let me help you, and we will work on training her further.” It would have had a much better outcome for all and probably would have not resulted in this lower than 1 star review.

All I got was a regular coke and the service i received was piss poor. The guy who took my order said “hi order please” when I pulled up, I asked if they said hold please, and was told “no, order please.” The next person at the window said “large coke” I said yes, handed them the money and got “K” I said here’s the change- again, “K” and when handed the receipt another “K”. The only person who spoke more than 2 works was the lady who handed me my drink said “large coke no ice, have a good day” and that was the only positive here. And I just looked at my receipt and I paid $1.80 and owed $1.89 bc no one said anything to me other than “order” and “K”.

Pretty bad all around. Only come here when our kids ask for it. There are no soda refill machines, the wait for food is always long, food is not warm, orders always wrong/missing, and no one is at the counter (so scream into the kitchen if you need something)! Their other Middleton location the owners have is just the same, except they have soda machines in the dining area.

Not sure if this was an off day, but we usually prefer the burger portion of the cheeseburgers included with our food. Tried calling and couldn't get an answer. No, he didn't eat the buns with just sauce and pickles 😆 Josh wants his actual cheeseburgers though when you get a moment!

Who hires manager's here? Mcdonald's disappointing really! Regular customer of Mcdonald's but a manager at this location Alejandro is making me think If I should ever visit Mcdonald's again. Never come across a rude manager like this guy at Mcdonald's. I will not be visiting this location thanks to this guy.

Rude staff.. charging for a cup of ice not water when Starbucks gives a venti cup ice for free. How low do McDonald wanna go? I might as well go to gas stations and get charged for ice after getting coffee!
