I've been to this location 3-4 times in the past year. Every single time my order has been wrong. The staff don't speak or understand English well so getting the problem fixed is like pulling teeth. I was not given sauce for the nuggets or the meal I ordered. I was not given a receipt. They just randomly charged my card for a meal I didn't order. I would avoid this location and have no plans to go back.

Honestly embarrassing how downhill this restaurant has gone. From working there myself to seeing the full laziness of the managers. I went to get my food today and a larger Hispanic woman took my order(I had to correct her multiple times on what I wanted) I gave her my reward and she said she got it. When I pulled up to the window of the drive thru they said it was full price. They didn’t care that my reward points were gone they just kept pressuring me to pay. Worst service I’ve genuinely had in my life. Whoever that manager is needs to find a new job. She full on screamed at me. She doesn’t speak any English so I don’t know what she said. Never had a problem there till that manager tweaked out on me for asking about my price. McDonald’s do better. Hire quality over quantity. This larger female manager should not have any place in McDonald’s with her crazy lash outs.

The drive through was fast, service okay but guy was trying to give me the wrong order... The last few times been to this store the fries luke warm/cold and over salted and asked for light salt... the chicken sandwich was small and Luke warm and this was at 1pm
Skip this store and go down the street to the other one if u want mcdonald's or five guys and pay that price for good hot food for fast lunch

I picked up an online order that was missing some items and had some others incorrect. My wife sent a message to the number on the receipt with feedback and received a pretty response. Overall, I'm disappointed with the attention to detail and customer experience.

Just went through the drive through. The person taking my order couldn't understand me, I don't know if it was a language barrior or if they mic system is that bad. She got another person on the mic and still, things I didn't want were ending up on my order. I wanted MelloYellow or Mountain Dew which I finally understood they don't carry and on the board were a bunch if 'CosMc' drinks that I've never heard of. I gave up and went to Arby's

Very great McDonalds.Located in a great spot near greenway station employees are super nice. food is given within 5 minutes or less.Never have any problems with getting the order wrong.food is always warm.Very clean restrooms and also lobby/seating area.

They gave me the wrong order, didn’t even check whose food it was and I paid for another person’s food, not mine. They gave me a refund but I didn’t get the full amount back!

Simple order, 2 sausage egg McMuffins. Somehow didn’t process the order. Questioned us 3 times for the order. Took 15 mins from order to receiving. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in awhile.

Went to the drive thru and the person running it was very disrespectful and rude. I was going to leave mid order, but thought maybe he’s stressed or having a rough day. When we said we were ready to order he said ok. He kept sighing after everything I said or when I needed a minute. We got a meal and there was a 30 cent added charge so when I asked why, he said I don’t know what you’re talking about. I said when you added the drink it charged 30 cents but it’s supposed to come with the drink. He said I don’t see that. Then he redid the order and fixed it and said is that better? And said next window, cheers.

Every Tuesday for the past three weeks, I’ve made this place my regular stop before going to work. Typically, it's hard to understand the folks working the drive-through, but with a little patience on my part, we’re able to work through it.

So I was surprised this morning when I placed the same order I make every time: one number six meal, and another number six—just the sandwich—with orange juice. I knew something was off right away when I got to the first window and wasn’t offered a receipt. I assumed it would be in the bag, but that wasn’t the case.

Then they handed me an orange Fanta (who the hell drinks soda in the morning). I told them I had asked for juice, and that’s when things went south. The lady from the first window came to the second window and started arguing with me, even calling me a liar. She then said, “Fine, you can have the juice, but it’ll cost you extra.” I ended up being charged for two drinks, even though I only took the orange juice.

When I asked her for the store number, she refused to provide it. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from McDonald’s. This is the worst McDonald I've ever been to.
