Decided to try a new bowling ally and boy oh boy do I regret it. It was odd right away.
First, not greeted by the staff who were just standing around. Stood at the counter and asked to bowl. The lady walked to the register and started doing... something. She seemed off. I eventually asked if bowling is by the hr, cost.. she told me it's by the game and pointed to a board with prices.
So then we got our lanes and I ordered two easy mix drinks. My drink was ready quickly but then the lady got sidetracked talking to a customer. I returned to the counter and stood behind her friend. Eventually remembered she was making a second drink. She had forgotten what it was. I reminded her. She forgot what mix I said, again. So I tell her again. She forgets... again. So about 10-15 min later the second drink is made.
So our second game starts and my lady goes to get a second round of drinks. The young guy says in a bothered inflection "do you want something". She replied and he started making our drinks. He also forgot what she asked for, but instead of asking, he just poured the drinks. She watched and said something, but we just took them. Not a big deal..
So I go to the bathroom and the female employee is on the ground near the entrance, trying to stand up. I asked if I could help her and she said yes. Supposedly, a diabetic situation had occurred. I help her up and she says her Uber driver is waiting outside. So I help her outside. Her driver just drove away by the time we got outside. So I help her back inside and I grab a chair for her. I asked if she needed anything and she said she needed to book an Uber again but left her phone at the bar.... that was odd.
This is where it gets crazy.. So I go to the counter and asked the male bartender if there was a blue phone on or left at the bar. He doesn't even look and says no. I said okay but a lady fell down at the front door and couldn't find her phone and believed it's at the bar. He didn't care. At this point I'm bothered as this makes no sense. So I said your coworker, the woman who checked us in, had fallen down, might need help and needed to call an Uber but says her phone is on the bar. He gets pissed off and says he's not helping her. She's drunk and getting an Uber home. I try to tell the story but he just gets more pissed off. So I walk away. Now he's at the bar and loudly telling the few people at the bar how he's too busy to help her because she's drunk and now he's gotta close the bar by himself and that I'm giving him a hard time. It's super awkward and I'm very confused. Then he comes out from behind the bar with, surprise surprise, her phone! He gave it to her and goes back to the counter and starts complaining, very loudly, to a young co-worker about how pissed he is about having to close by himself and saying mean things about his drunk co-worker. From my bowling lane, I watch and listen to this overreacting man-child freak out. He looks over at me and I make a gesture to take a breath. Now he starts bringing me into his angry and loud complaint fest. I spoke up as he was being rude to me. He yells back at me and I replied back as well. The young female tells us both to stop and removes him from the situation. My lady and I took our shoes off, put on our jackets and paid the nice young worker for two games. One game wasn't even halfway started, and our second drinks weren't even touched. As I left the dude came out and said have a good day in a snotty and rude inflection. After talking with my lady about it she tells me that when she ordered drinks from him that he looked really wasted or on something. His pupils were very dilated. That made the behavior we witnessed make more sense.
All in all, two drunk employees, not greeted at the register, wrong drink order and then the complete lack of empathy towards other people and emotional control. What an

Great place to come hang out and bowl. Bar food is really good cant go wrong with anything on the menu but the burgers and fries are my favorite. Nice size bar with tvs. 10 lanes in the ally. Kidd bowl free in summer. They also offer league bowling did that first time last year is fun and local. I had my birthday party here and we had a taco bar and the food was really tasty. The service was awesome. The current owner and staff are very accommodating and helpful. Check it out. I think they do trivia and bingo as well.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT spend you money or waste your time going here. Service was terrible (every server had RBF), took way too long to even get acknowledged let alone get our order, way too expensive, and just not a welcoming environment overall. We used to love going here, but tonight definitely changed that!

It was terrible! I wasn't able to access the coupons for my kids free bowling. I registered them and got a confirmation 2 months ago and tried to access the coupon through the apps, but forgot my password. So tried to reset my password but the email they sent me to reset my password, couldn't click the link, tried also to copy the link but just go back to the site to reset my pasword. So I ask the lady there if what can I do and she said no worries for today, just show us the coupon next time. But when the game was finished the other staff said, she can't proccess the payment if we don't have the coupons. So that made me so upset because I know I sign them up and even asked the lady there initially how she can help me, but assured me that it is okay for now, but the other lady is saying the other way around! Be consistent ladies, because you make your customers unreliable to you! And you guys should asked the coupon first before we let us play! And now ended up paying money for my kids bowling which is supposed to be free! very upseting!

Potholes in the parking lot that will ruin your suspension. Fun for all! The food is OK. Sunday breakfast is good and affordable.
Just a bad place. The lanes have hair on them, there aren't many lightweight balls, and the electronic system is trash. Heck, the screen on lane 2 was misaligned so we couldn't see almost half the screen. When I asked the person at the counter if we could switch lanes because of this problem, she said "What do you need the screen for?" in an unpleasant tone. Overall, this place is only good for groups like birthdays and the pub (like anything I. Wisconsin.)
