I reached out to Shelby at Miggy's Bakes to make a custom birthday cake. She was very responsive with getting all the details for making the perfect birthday cake. When I arrived to pick up the cake it was in a very sturdy box for traveling, which was great because it was a 2-tier cake. The cake was perfect, decorated beautifully for my Italian mother-in-law. It was also one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had, and all the guests raved about how yummy it was. Thank you, Shelby, for doing an awesome job, and having a fantastic bakery!!!

Placed a custom order almost 2 weeks in advance, but never got a confirmation. Went into the store 5 days prior to event and the person working the front desk brought up my order and said I can pick it up any time after 11am on date needed. Get there at 3pm on day of event and there was no cake. The front desk person texted her boss and I provided my phone number for them to give me an update on the issue with my order. Never heard from them.

We love Miggy’s! We have been customers since it was a small business without a storefront. Several birthdays, Valentine’s days, and bachelorette parties later, we still use them every chance we get! Great food and service and even when I visit at the end of the workday there are usually plenty of desserts left. Not to mention, she whipped up brownies a while back the day of when my dad’s birthday dessert fell through.
