This was my first time trying out Moka since moving to Madison. I ordered an XL caramel macchiato—it was delicious, and the price was unbeatable! I love that it’s in my neighborhood and right along my drive to work. I’d been looking for a quick coffee stop on my commute, and this place is perfect. The staff was amazing 👏🤩.

I had an iced caramel latte with oat milk and it was really good! The staff was really friendly and they asked me if I wanted a pup cup when they saw my dog. It was a great experience.

I have lived in Middleton 4 years now and this morning we decided to go to MOKA for the very first time ever. I am working but my mother went and we will NEVER go back! She let the young lady know it was her first time and she may have some silly questions. We were confused that the oreo LATTE was under the "blended" section and was not sure if it was like a frappuccino and the lady said "yea that's why it says blended" Okay RUDE. Then at the end proceeds to ask "is a 10% tip okay?" Since when do you ask for tips rather than provide great customer service and be rewarded in a tip? Coffee is great but had that have been me there vs my mother, she would have not been happy with my response. If you do not like people, customer service is not for you and maybe you should consider looking elsewhere for work.

Amazing! I typically get a no flavored oat latte. Flavor is always consistent! Grace recommended that next time I try the pumpkin oat milk. Not often that somebody engages with a customer like she did and I really appreciate it. It was very much needed on this rough day. Eighteen heart emojis.
Vegetarian options: Leaving a review was more difficult than working with Grace at Moka. I'm vegan, not vegetarian - so these optoins are obsolete. Grace was very kind, engaging and enthusiastic. I will be going back. Give her a raise $$$

Hit or miss on the service and coffee. Sometimes I’m greeted with good morning and nice conversation while I wait for my coffee sometimes the only thing the barista says to me is hi doesn’t even even ask what I want but they always ask for a tip. This morning the coffee was delicious but the lady who took my order seemed irritated that I came to the window.
