Food - Pulled Pork BBQ Mac, Garlic Cheesy Bread, and bottled Coca Cola. Everything was delicious and with the large portions, I have left overs. Service - Great, friendly, and quick. Atmosphere - Sunday at 11:44 am. It was not busy, plenty of open tables, lots of windows allow for natural light.
Well worth the $25.47.

Always great food at Noodles and a nice treat when in Madison since the chain is not located in Florida where I live. This location was fairly clean, never too busy and staff was friendly. For nearly 15 years I have gotten the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu. The veggies and tofu in this dish are great, Always cooked perfectly...the Noodles are great quality and surprisingly it is still affordable after all these years!

Received our delivery one hour and 30 mins late. Both entries were cold to touch and one didn't have the mushrooms on it . We eat here at least twice a week and with this happening I would definitely not recommend.

I am honestly pretty disappointed. I love Noodles & Co. but found quite a few pieces of chicken that had mold on them. I was already 3/4 of the way finished with it when I came across it. It was a delivery so did not have a chance to go in and show the staff. :( Would like to not get sick from this.

Staff are nice and friendly. I would've given it a four star. Unfortunately, this place could improve on the cleanliness a little. Even with that, this is still my kids' go-to place when we are on the west side. Oh, and I disappointed that they don't fry the potstickers after steaming anymore (they used to make them crispy outside). Those of you who like potstickers, you know what I am talking about.
Vegetarian options: You can definitely make a dish somewhat vegetarian by opting out any meat.
Parking: There is always plenty of parking right in front of the store.
Kid-friendliness: Yes.
Recommended dishes: Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken, Korean Spicy Chicken, Japanese Pan Noodles, Side of Wisconsin Mac & Cheese

Beware, vegans and vegetarians!! I ordered chicken cavatappi with no meat When I started eating it I tasted some kind of meat in it. It was a piece of bacon. This is the reply I got from the employee which I think was so unprofessional.- The person making the food might have accidentally added a piece of bacon to it.
I unfortunately ordered my meal and it's toppings incorrectly... when I came in to get my correct sauces, the manager Morgan and the customer service person at the counter Reynaldo gave me a reorder of the ENTIRE meal! They definitely made not only MY MISTAKE corrected, but they went above and beyond soI could eat a warm meal the way I intended to order it! I can't say thank you enough for explaining to me how to correctly order my food so it comes out the way I like it! 10 stars!

Food is good but orders are really slow on weekends and lunch hours. An online order placed at 12:45 on a Sunday took over 45 min to prepare. It was the same a few weeks ago. Unless you have time to wait, don’t recommend this location.

I asked for Alfredo montemore I asked for spinach no mushrooms add onions as spinach they gave me no spinach no onions just noodles and chicken no tomatoes god gave us two ears and one mouth let’s use our ears people
