There is definitely better Asian food to be had in Madison, but if you are considering this place you have probably already made up your mind. If you have eaten at a P.F. Chang's before, you know exactly what you are going to get.

Good food, although I seem to get ill after I eat here sometimes. I have a lot of sensitivity to gluten, but even if I order things without it, it seems to affect me. Maybe they have an additive other Chinese restaurants don't? The food, though, is delicious. I just probably can't eat here. 😋

Always like PF Chang's! Food was good, service was very good. Restroom was clean and taken care of. I know it's not genuine Chinese food, but for American Chinese food the flavor is good and the serving size is more than adiquite. YUM, will return again😀

Our service was a little slow, but we were there on Friday night. Food was tasty, as always! I tried the new poke bowl, which was very gingery and full of tuna and avocado and deliciousness. The Mongolian beef is always one of our favorites!

Although the food was great, the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were lacking. We opted to dine outside and were the only patrons on the patio. Service was slow and the space was not well maintained. The floor needed sweeping, the chairs needed to be wiped down, the flowers were half dead, and there were multiple dead bugs in the candle centerpieces. Our waiter spoke softly and was hard to understand. Overall, I'm not anxious to go back.

Ugh. The service was fine, but why do they insist on making every dish sweet and not say so?! I will not be back. Only getting 2 stars because it was clean and great atmosphere.

I ate here with my friend after she had a hard breakup. We ordered the tofu lettuce wraps and told our waitress that we were vegetarian. We were eating and after awhile noticed that there was small pieces of chicken in the mix. We told our waitress and she kept telling us it wasn't her fault and she put it in correctly. We really weren't trying to make a fuss and were very polite to her but she didn't even try to offer any solution. We asked for it to be taken off the bill and she had her manager do it but only after at least 8 minutes of us waiting. Do not come here if you don't eat meat. The staff don't listen to your dietary needs, the management never came and saw us and they have a very slow response to complaints given there was 12 people there total.

Dead cockroach on the table. Agaist better judgement still ate there. Management did not offer anything other than an apology. Actually blamed the company that washes the napkins. Floor was sticky, dust everywhere. Little bugs started flying around, we were told someone left a door open somewhere. Liked the waiter, suggest he find a new place to work. We will never go back.
