You're always greeted with a friendly hello as you walk in. The pizzas are assembled fast, I rarely order ahead. The gourmet vegetarian is out of this world. My wife loves the chunks of artichoke hearts. I always add pepperoni to the mix.

Went here a few months ago after putting an order online in for pickup. It gave me a 45 min estimate so I got there about 5 mins early and waited in line for literally 45 mins before giving up and asking the manager if I could just have a refund.Thought it was no big deal - he said I just have to call Papa Murphy's. Then I called them and they said it has to be done by the manager.Thanks guy.

My only complaint is that there's not a Papa Murphy's closer to me. I usually order online for pickup which makes it more convenient.The staff here is really friendly and they always get my order right.

I placed a carry out order here. Picked it up just now, 4:00PM, 11/17/22. Not one person in the shop welcomed me, nor made me feel happy to be there. Eventually a young woman with dyed red hair, wearing a Packers jersey, shouted down at me from the other end of the counter. "Did you order in advance?!" When I said yes, she shouted, "Name?" When I told her my name she shouted, "Right behind you!", pointing to a rack" When I said, "It's not refrigerated", she looked at me as if I had two heads and said, "Well, no."

Great pizza, sides, and desserts. Very reasonable pricing.The order ahead for pickup option is awesome. You just walk in find your order on the rack and be on your way.
Good pizza. Lousy communication. Came to make an order well over an hour ago. It was a long line, and no direction to indicate if all the people were awaiting MAKING an order, or Receiving their order. So I returned to my car and created my order online. It informed me the pizza would be ready for pickup at 5:45. So I went home and turned the oven on, watched TV and waited in comfort. At 5:45I drove back and by 5:58 I was once again faced with a line of customers. Not a line, but a clump. Some were certainly in a line, three, actually one mommy with two little kids. The rest was a confused group who may as well have been a group of Alzheimer's geezers, judging the dazed looks on the more elderly among them. I stood at the counter where I saw a sign stating "pickup for online/phone orders" Directly across the counter in front of me was the last kid in the assembly line. He was the wrapper, and most certainly, this kid was employed by all appearances in the job that suited him. He was possibly either really baked or simply couldn't find the right length of bus and wandered into this place. I stood there, fully expecting SOMEONE who might be an employee to greet me or perhaps just tell me when/where I might find my pizza. Stunned silence. The entire group, possibly 17-18 in all, dead silence. After beginning to really feel uncomfortable, I saw someone (a veteran of PMs I realized) walkin and go directly to a rack of shelves and pick a pie and leave. So that's how it works. You just walk in grab any old pizza and it's yours for free! Man I feel stupid. I paid for two! But that was where I discovered both my pizzas, and the label stated they were ready for pick up at 5:43

Called to place an order. Girl who picked up in one breath said “CanYouHold” and put me on hold in less than 1 second. Never picked up the phone again, didn’t even place an order.
