Pizza is awesome. App isn’t working at all. I didn’t order pizza tonight because of that.

1st and Last Time trying this Pizza. I had the worst customer service I've ever had. The employees seem very irritated and don't speak to you at all. And my Wings had so many feathers! Yuck. ?

This was my first time trying Falbo Bros Pizzeria (they have a few locations around the Madison area but this location was nearest to me). As of now, I believe they have a Groupon available so if you want to try this pizzeria I'd encourage you to see if they still have a Groupon available. I ordered a medium stuffed pizza with garlic, onions, and artichoke hearts for pickup. You can build your own pizza or choose from the creations they already have put together. The medium pizza was pretty big and in my opinion it was reasonably priced. The plain stuffed medium pizza is $18 and then you pay for each topping you want. I ended up paying $26 before the Groupon for quite a lot of food. I was satisfied with that aspect. The pizza is not bad but nothing to write home about. If you're craving some deep dish stuffed pizza it's not a bad option by any means. My biggest complaint would be that the pizza was a bit lacking in flavor. The fact that I ordered the pizza without meat may have contributed to this, but generally I would have enjoyed a bit more of a flavorful sauce (I think that would have brought it all together). In the future I would consider picking pizza up from here again because of the price and convenience of the location. It really wasn't bad but I don't think I'll be yearning for it again anytime soon.

After living two miles away for 4 years and never trying it, we discovered Falbo's in Sun Prairie, home of the best cheese sticks ever, and started ordering from them once every two weeks. We recently moved to Waunakee and decided to try Middleton Falbo's since it was 10 miles closer (7 vs. 17 to SP). We tried to order our usual ( Da Works and cheese sticks) and was told the only Specialty they do is Supreme, no others anymore. We ordered cheese sticks and a deep dish pep+green pepper. They use different cheese on the sticks (in a bad way), add parm to the sticks (bad), and the crust on rhe deep dish is different (not as thick on the end and tough), and both items were overcooked. After dinner, my wife and I talked about giving this location another chance, and my (wise) wife said "why risk it for only 10 minutes extra each way?"Two stars because the staff was friendly (even though 2 of 3 wmployees were unmasked until after I entered, then masks went on and hands weren't washed before touching food/boxes). The only things we liked better about this location (vs. SP) were (a) the distance and (b) they heated up the nacho and marinara sauces for the stcks.

The pizza was delicious, I'll definitely be ordering again. And thank you for advertising on 92.7.
Hard NO. The pizza arrived black. The bottoms of the calzones arrived black. That's OK - we're actually not uptight people. I should say we order from the Park St. Falbo's all the time, and love it.However, in calling the Middleton store, about 7:10 or so ("I just got here"), I have never been treated like such garbage in my life. The guy, apparently not the manager, was yelling at me (my family was there, and witnessed this all), told me he's "taking a call from a real customer, you're [I'm] just blathering on," told me if I wanted a pizza "you gotta come pick it up" (a bit later, told me the manager was apparently on delivery, so I'm SOL), and a host of things I'd rather not go into. Insane. The very simple thing I wanted was, you know, an unblack pizza. And it would be awesome if we had it delivered, because we chose "delivery" on the order. Finally, after enough screaming invective, I told the guy I'd be contacting the owner. I knew the owner of the Park St. location and wasn't aware this was under different ownership. The employee immediately yelled "Oh really? Who's your FRIEND???? Who's your BUDDY????? Is his name Ted? Is his name Ted???? Because that's the only owner here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"And it went from there. My family heard everything. Unbelievable. Won't be back.

They stop picking up the phone at 7:30 and are only open til 8 PM? You guys must not need the business.

I am a regular customer at least once a week. To be honest, the service has gone down and the staff is not friendly. Tonight I ordered a pizza, wings, and tater kegs. The tater kegs were overcooked and actually burned. So I had to throw them away, which is literally me throwing money away. I am disappointed by the experience I am having at this location more and more. It used to be a great place and now every staff is cold and curt.... and now the food is also getting burned.

Ordered two pizzas a calzone and tater kegs. They forgot the kegs. The pizza dough was raw on both pizzas. The calzone was burned on the outside and raw in the middle. I picked it up and I called them from home and said hey this is really poor. They offered me a $30 credit toward my next purchase. I would give zero stars if I could. Just awful.
