Wife took me for my birthday. Not my first time at one but was the wife's. We both loved every moment. The drinks, service, and food were all fantastic. Even did a little something for my birthday in an amazing way that wasn't disruptive. It's not cheap but it's all good.

First time I have ever eaten here and I was unimpressed. I ate a NY Strip and had some Brussel sprouts. Pretty bland and tough steak overall. Service was slow even with the manager standing there bullshitting with some patrons at the bar. This isn't even in the realm of a place that should be charging this much. Flemmings is 100xs better then this crap. I will never eat at another one of these.

The best steakhouse in the Madison area! The steaks are always cooked to perfection. The staff is always friendly and make any occasion spent here special. The loaded hashbrowns are one of our favorite sides to share. The espresso martinis are my favorite drink. I 100% recommend Ruth Chris Steakhouse to anyone looking for a special evening out!

Celebrated our anniversary, RC made it extra special. Extra table decorations, dessert, made sure we got a picture. Started with lobster bisque and a wedge salad, shared the porterhouse, added on hashbrowns and mushrooms.

We went for our 5 year anniversary. It was our first time visiting Ruth's Chris. We arrived early for our reservation so we we waited in the bar and had one of the best mojitos and old fashioneds we have ever had (and us wisconsinites take this very seriously!). They seated us early, then our waitress, Kana, told us the specials and was very clear about the menu since we had never been there before. We did not feel rushed in any way through the entire meal. We ordered the porterhouse for two, au gratin potatoes, french onion soup, and lobster. We ordered the steak Oscar (crab cakes, asparagus, and bernaise). It was all perfect, just top notch. The drinks were amazing, the food was tremendous, and the service was beyond phenomenal. They are very thoughtful in their presentation and service. Kana made conversation with us and really made us feel taken care of and that we were important. We had three different people also stop by to ensure we were having a good experience and to say happy anniversary to us. We really had such a wonderful time. We always go to a new place on our anniversary each year, but it was so great we said we may have to go back for our 10 year! A big thanks to Kana and the rest of the staff that made our 5 year anniversary the best one we've had and the best meal we've ever had!
