Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Got to the window and order was rung in incorrectly and hadn’t been started. No hustle from staff. No apologies. Terrible service.

How long does it take to make a smoothie at a dedicated smoothie shop? Based on my timer the previous few visits, upwards of 10 minutes. Tasty and generally well made but expect to wait.

Friendly service, but the location is horrible for parking and making a right or left turn during peak hours. Drive through wait time was around 15 mins, so plan ahead.

You need to be wearing gloves preparing food. I watched the worker go ON HIS PHONE and then prepared our drink without washing hands or putting on gloves.

I don’t have a smoothie king where I live, so as I was passing by I had to stop. I had the strawberry metabolism boost and it was really good. Although the prices are steep for larger sizes, it will last you a long time and fill you up like a meal would. The staff were really friendly and timely! Obviously will stop again if I pass through.

I LOVEEEE THIS SMOOTHIE KING & ITS STAFF. They are truly, remarkably incredible. I’m a National Rehabilitation Field Specialist and I was sent to Madison for a few weeks twice. I live in Dallas, TX where we have these everywhere so imagine my surprise the city only has one. BUT OH HOW I LOVE THIS ONE. Trisha and her staff noticed I would sit and log my patient notes in my truck in the parking lot while they made my smoothie and often I would forget I was even here for a smoothie. But lo and behold, she gracefully waltzed across the parking lot with such a glow and a smile out of this world. Truly beautiful people and atmosphere. Correy and Brit are awesome as well. They forever have this Texas girl’s heart. It’s nice being so far from home and knowing there are still kind people with such charming hospitality. Thank you guys for always making my work days that much easier and my work out days that much more tastier💋

Went there and there were no cars for a wait and I tried ordering my food at speaker and window and the guy just ignored me. The food is always good in my opinion and most people that are there are pleasant but this really blew me. Not the first time I’ve had poor customer service there either.
