You and McDonald’s are correct to be right next door to each other with such nasty looking and nasty tasting food with rude workers on the microphone and at your windows !! Do better people

The worker whom I believe had red hair and glasses on working drive thru this afternoon you are a doll! (I didn't catch her name) Her energy was truly infectious! I was having a rough morning and her positivity picked me right up into a better mindset to go on with my day. Keep being your amazing self queen! The vanilla bean danish she recommend was great as well :)

I have to ask for condiments? Why do you secure them? There is no sugar or honey out front for guests to use. I had no idea so I had to bother the workers who are already busy and look annoyed. You guys already charge a premium it should be available out front. So stingy. Ewww. 🥴

A big shout out to the wonderfully kind and friendly staff at the Allen Boulevard Starbucks in Middleton, Wisconsin!! Thank you to Briana, Latavia, Alyanne, Jaiden and the rest who customize my carmel brûlée' latte each time I order. They provide whipped cream and carmel sprinkles on the side in separate cups and a spoon to keep adding the toppings while I drink. This drink is part of my holiday season and it is extra special when it is served by such friendly, accommodating young people. Merry Christmas!!!

Not sure if there is any management in there. It’s just a bunch a people wearing Starbucks clothes chilling behind the counter, not taking care of costumers. They almost seemed shocked to see another human being “Wait? People still order coffee in person?”
So don’t bother to come in, you’ll get your stuff faster with drive thru

I was having a terrible day, my dog got really sick and I had to stay close to be ready for the vet hence going to this Starbucks location. While driving in someone tried to pass me on the right while I was parking and almost hit me. I was pretty shaken up. The cashier was so friendly and kind whilst I fumbled around trying to order.They were so nice and patient with me which really helped on a stressful day. Thank you to the super thoughtful worker with the hat, round glasses, and mask (sorry I didn't know your name)
