Usually pretty good here, especially when busy they don’t drag- but today I ordered a drink and considerably was rush hour. But even with rush hour I wouldn’t expect my drink to be mooched. I didn’t even take a sip or taste, came home- opened my drink and this is how low it was already. Starbucks makes too much money to be mooching like so.

But they are attentive they get you your coffee get you your drink it’s a pleasing atmosphere.. I really like the three leather chairs when you first walk in they’re so comfortable so I make my order and then I sit there and wait rather than the drive-through but they do have a drive-through and they have plenty of parking and it is handicap access

this service is literally the worst in the mornings it’s insane. and im there everyday because its 30 sec from my house. the only time i know my order will be good and come out on time is a when there are two certain girls working. other than that its a shitshow

You and McDonald’s are correct to be right next door to each other with such nasty looking and nasty tasting food with rude workers on the microphone and at your windows !! Do better people

The worker whom I believe had red hair and glasses on working drive thru this afternoon you are a doll! (I didn't catch her name) Her energy was truly infectious! I was having a rough morning and her positivity picked me right up into a better mindset to go on with my day. Keep being your amazing self queen! The vanilla bean danish she recommend was great as well :)

I have to ask for condiments? Why do you secure them? There is no sugar or honey out front for guests to use. I had no idea so I had to bother the workers who are already busy and look annoyed. You guys already charge a premium it should be available out front. So stingy. Ewww. 🥴

A big shout out to the wonderfully kind and friendly staff at the Allen Boulevard Starbucks in Middleton, Wisconsin!! Thank you to Briana, Latavia, Alyanne, Jaiden and the rest who customize my carmel brûlée' latte each time I order. They provide whipped cream and carmel sprinkles on the side in separate cups and a spoon to keep adding the toppings while I drink. This drink is part of my holiday season and it is extra special when it is served by such friendly, accommodating young people. Merry Christmas!!!
