Went this subway thinking it was going to be like every other subway but nope 👎 my child is picky and I have to Order it a little different then otheres some stuff has to be on the side for her to put on a certain way etc…. Well I get to the end and I ask for my sauce on the side and they said it was .80 extra per side that’s insane never have I had to pay for my sauce being on the side that is just ridiculous I should be able to get my sauce for my sandwich on the side with out having to pay 😡

I do not go to Subway as much as I used to but we got some good coupons in the mail and truth be told, Subway is delicious so me and my daughter went in last night. When we walked in, nobody was in the store and the woman working didn't say hello, did not acknowledge us until we walked up to the counter to order and she let us know it was going to be a while as she was completing an order of 6 or more subs. I was in no hurry so I did not mind waiting. As we were ready to order, I saw a sign that you only could pick certain subs with your coupon. I asked if I could just pay an upcharge and even easy meat but she refused and let me know that this was "Brenda's store" and she picks and chooses. This did not make sense to me as I was willing to pay but overall with this experience, I will choose to go further away to another location. Brenda, you should hire more personable people to work at your store in customer service.

the worker "boomer" is blaming my family for grabbing the wrong food and is screaming at my family for no reason. do not go here. this is terrible! what ever happened to customer appreciation!! this is outragous and mean. do not come here unless you want to be screamed at for a simple mistake.

It was such an unimpressive experience I walked out without getting anything a the employee didn't have a clue of what their pricings were I had to tell him how to find one he just didn't know that he could look at his register and check that out then I find out it's like $7 for a salad that's as big as McDonald's side salad you got to be kidding $7 you might have got five bites so needless to say it wasn't a good experience the guy was just lost in space couldn't speak just kind of sat and laughed behind his mask. If you're looking for a salad I wouldn't go there for one way overpriced and way too small
