Placed a mobile order on 9/1. Both items were made incorrectly. When I asked for a remake on the broken item an employee walked up and was angry and said what was wrong with it.
I was trying to eat and they kept talking about me and when I asked for a refund the manager said good thing he isn’t a manager.
This isn’t the first time this employee has been yelling in the kitchen and caused me to feel uncomfortable while eating here.
I was also told I’m not allowed to come back. I didnt do anything besides ask for a refund or because they were taking badly about me.

I spent $29.58 and took it home. Got ready to eat and found there was barely anything inside of shells and tortillas for the actual combos I bought. But the two burritos I bought from their cheaper menu were well filled and huge compared to the expensive combos I’d gotten. I feel it’s really wrong to have to pay $10-12 for a combo then go to eat the main portion of it and find it’s got only about an inch of fillings inside of the tortilla or taco leaving a person eating mostly the outer shell of the item plain without anything else. Plus it really does not help your hunger to order a cantina taco and eat the shell with barely an inch tall and scarcely there amount of filling. Got my husband a new burrito combo to try and his chicken inside was about 2 inches long with a few pieces of the lettuce and stuff and the rest was all plain tortilla. I’ve never gotten food that bad from Taco Bell before. It really made me unhappy and I’ll never gotten food to that one again

My daughter and I just love this particular Taco Bell and the people that run it are wonderful. The staff is good. Their new high-tech speaker system is excellent. I like it better because it really understands everything we order. It goes over it. You can change it. It’s five star you can even hook up to your app And they know what you like and they let you know if there’s something special going on. It’s excellent staff is great and the food there. It’s the best Taco Bell that we like the most in Madison.

Truck driver refused to let me walk over and order food when I called truck drivers who keeps yall employee we haul the stuff you need i was delivery to Costco got here late and on 08/12/25 at 0016 refused to serve me

I waited 20 minutes and by the time I got home there was two burritos and a chip in my bag and I ordered 3 meals. And when I contacted taco bell they still have not gotten back to me

I am a taco bell frequent flyer. I hit one probably twice a week, this is by far the worst in Madison. You know what the food is like, service sets a Tbell apart. It is worth the extra drive to hit the one on Whitney way. They are sooooo slow, staff doesn’t care at all about service and they take pride in telling you to drive around front for your order and making you wait forever! It just oozes slacker. Attention to tight burritos is not there. The dudes on Whitney and over by Menards are real ballers, avoid these guys.

The food was not good but had to eat it cause it was what was for dinner. Just figured it would be tasty and had been a long time since I had TacoBell. Feel like I wasted my money. Won't be coming back
I will never return after tonight. Ill go way outa my way to the deforest one. The absolute worst food i have ever gotten from taco bell. Look at the trash working at night though. Shouldn't expect any different.
