Taigu Reviews
Their noodle dishes are the best. A great variety, flavorful, portions are generous and whether you eat in or pick up, the staff are friendly. My new favorite and I live an hour away... worth the drive!
Takeout last night was great like always. Pork dumplings are a family favorite! We’ve frequented both locations throughout the years, taken noodle and dumpling making classes and had catering done. Always great food and love how Hong and her staff are always warm and welcoming. They recognize customer loyalty by remembering their patrons.
A true Gem! Real Chinese Noodles and great service! Let’s support local restaurants!

Taigu serves authentic homemade Chinese food with generous portions that can feed two people. Their dishes, such as the tomato egg noodle and fresh pork spicy cat ear noodles, are flavorful and delightful, with highlights like wood ear mushrooms. The homemade noodles are a major draw, and the spice levels along with great ingredients make this restaurant a favorite for Asian food lovers. The service is good, and the owners are nice. While the prices are a bit high, around $20 per person, the quality of the food makes it worthwhile. The restaurant offers gluten-free options and several vegan choices, which are well-labeled on the website, although the physical menu may not clearly show them. Overall, Taigu is a great choice for those seeking authentic Chinese cuisine.
