I will never step foot into this place again. I met a couple friends there for lunch. The food was mediocre and nothing good to say about the service. I left a generous tip on the check, despite the service because it wasn’t very busy there. One of my friends left a cash tip on the table and crossed out the tip line on her bill. That same friend called me a few days later and asked if I had been overcharged by Tanners. She had noticed that an extra $5 was charged to her card. I pulled up my bank statement and I had been charged an extra $20 over the amount I had written on my check. It went from $25 to $45. I called and spoke with the manager, Valerie, several times trying to get this straightened out. She would tell me she would look into it and call me back and then she wouldn’t. I had to be the one to call every single time. Finally over a week later she tells me she would refund the $20 to my account. By the way, there was never an apology of any kind, just a tone that conveyed I was annoying her. So now it’s been almost 2 months since I was told she would refund the over charge and I haven’t received it. I called again today and spoke with the same manager and she just said Oh, I know I did it. And asked if I could go over there and pick up the $20. I said they could mail it to me as I won't waste my time driving over there. Again no apology, just a total lack of caring or customer service. If you go here you may want to make sure they didn’t over charge you.

Want to give a shout out to the wait staff at Tanners. Awesome people. Toni and Vanessa are so good at what they do and are such an asset. Amazing with customers and incredible people skills. These two have on at least 20 occasions in the last year kept people from leaving (very busy) and helped find tables for them to sit at or knew of tables leaving soon. Always acknowledge people who have been waiting. People return to Tanners because of staff like these two women. Experience and customer rapport like that is hard to find.

Their move to this location was a huge downgrade from their old location. Dirty inside, clearly no effort to make the interior look nice. Had to go up to the bar to have a server come to our table. Food wasn’t that good.

Food was decent, but the service not so much. They were pretty empty and we had a hard time getting anyone's attention to figure out where to sit with our group of 7. Took a long time to get our check and boxes so that we could have when we were so obviously done. Not eager to go back.
A decent sports bar. No street sign so difficult to locate unless you're a local.

Tanners has dramatically gone downhill. You can tell the ingredients used are of much lower quality than their old location and the service is nothing like it used to be. This place went from being a lively bar restaurant with tasty food to nothing more than a low quality dive that’s overpriced.
Absolutely not worth your time or money.

What happened to Tanners? Disappointment from walking in looking at the outside of the building building and the run down state of it. Reminded me of a typical dive bar with paint chipping at the exterior. Not sure if the owner just doesn't care about the look or maybe they want it that way to look like a rough biker bar. Also not sure if our waitress was still drunk or REALLY hung over from a bender the night before. The food was good though. I mean it's bar food. If you want a bar atmosphere and not restaurant vibe this is it.
