Great place for pinball, prepare to pay out the nose for food and drink, everything is about $2-4 more than I'd normally pay, but the alcohol selection is great so in the end I only have myself to blame for my tab at the end of the night. Pinball selection is a bit weighted on the modern stern side but is great and everything worked satisfactory for the most part. Will visit this place again for sure.

Love this place. Great on a Sunday afternoon to catch a game… play some pin ball or Mario kart! Great cocktail menu and beer selection. Snacks / apps include pizza, giant pretzel, or chips and salsa. This really is a solid spot to burn a couple hours with friends.

This place is marketed as an “arcade bar,” but don’t be fooled — every single machine costs extra to play. In this economy, that’s pretty ridiculous for a spot that’s supposed to be about hanging out and having fun.
On top of that, the service was disappointing. The bar was basically empty, yet the bartender skipped two of the songs I played on the TouchTunes for no reason. I also ended up locked outside for a while, which was frustrating and shouldn’t happen to paying customers.
To top it off, the beer I ordered was “out,” and they had no replacement keg ready — which really shouldn’t be the case at a bar.
Overall, the concept has potential, but the execution is lacking. Between the unexpected arcade costs, the lackluster service, and basic issues like unavailable beer, it’s hard to recommend this place as it is now.

I genuinely cannot imagine a better place to have a beer and play pinball. It has one of the largest selections of pinball options anywhere in the Midwest, everything is in great shape, it has great vibes, and it's run by great people.
There was always something intangible about the Blue Moon, where every time we went there it was a great experience without anything in particular standing out. It had some magical mix of being comfortable and feeling welcomed and getting to enjoy high-quality beer in a laid-back atmosphere... it just felt like the right place to be. We instantly belonged there without having to be regulars. It's incredibly impressive that all of it transferred over to The Kickback successfully, surviving the larger scale and brand new building. What a wonderful place for anyone that enjoys craft beer or pinball to call home.

One of my favorite places! You dont come for the food and drinks, you go here for the games! Pinball specifically but also Mario Kart and Ski-Ball! These machines all take real quarters, not some card you scan and have no idea what you are spending. Great selection of games and a few nice old school arcades! Make the trip! Its fun and so low-key!

out of town for soccer tournaments and a group of our team went after our last game to Kickback. This was my family first visit here. It look like there was only 1 lady working !!!!...she was working the bar, the food orders and walking around maintaining--- i became very upset when i was at the bar but she skipped over me and another team player mother and said she starting from one side of the bar to the other---INCORRECT!! we were there first and she skipped right over us!!! She does NOT know how to bartend and this establishment needs to get more employees; especially for a weekend night!. We will not re -visit this establishment or suggest it to anyone again. Also we asked for a Manhattan drink and she poured ALL Bourbon, my husband didnt and couldnt drunk it---all liquor Very STRONG
Beautiful and welcoming space with an impressive selection of pinball! It’s rare to feel breeze (or see sunlight) at an arcade, but you can here. Awesome overall!

My husband and I stopped by this place while we were out of town & I'm so glad we did!! What a fun hang out! The space is very open, its super clean and just an overall fun spot! Plus the pizza is really good!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Been here about 20 times now. The vibe is laid back, the place is spacious. Lots of space / easy access at the bar. Good coffee drinks. Excellent selection of pinball boards - they’re well maintained and play great!

Wonderful place. Clean, bright, lots to do, super friendly staff. Brought my kids in for the youth pinball event and they had a blast! Employees were so kind and encouraging towards them. Lots of variety of machines and non-video-game entertainment (my kids also loved the giant chess board and billiards+soccer game). We’re not drinkers but the iced tea and snacks were great as well, and lots of soda options for the kids. We will be back - Saturday afternoon was awesome for family friendly fun but also looking forward to adding it to the list as a date night option too!
