Wanted to give this place another try as it has been a while. Ordered the Chicken Katsu curry which came as expected and tasted pretty good. We also ordered the pork loin curry and it says 3 pieces of pork which we were ok with but they were sliced so thin each of the three barely add up to one piece. If you order this you should just get a plain curry as that's is pretty much what it is. The service was quick but when some friends of our waiter came in he ignored us and another table to talk to them for quite some time.

Trio Ramen is a great spot for a quick and satisfying ramen meal, conveniently located right on the F bus line. Their menu is easy to customize, and they often feature rotating specials that keep things interesting. One of the highlights was the server bringing over an iPad with photos of the dishes, which made ordering a lot easier and took out the guesswork. We were seated right away, and the food came out quickly—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. A solid choice if you're craving ramen without the wait.

Trio Ramen is a tasty place, I've been a couple of times and enjoyed my ramen both times. And the people I've been with have enjoyed their non-ramen options as well. The staff is always polite and attentive.
I had their lunch special, Teriyaki Udon. It was a stir fry dish, no broth, Udon noodles, teriyaki beef, egg (Onsen Tamago) & scallions. They also gave me a small amount of a rwd spicy mixture to add but said it was spicy. I added a small amount & it made the dish and it was VERY GOOD! Even without the spice it was very good!

Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free options. GF options are labelled, vegan and vegetarian broth is specified in the ramen section. adding labels (V, VG, etc) is super helpful when ordering. but, their current menu is a little confusing for this.
Despite that, the vegan food was fantastic. I got the ramen with vegan broth and some veggies on top which was simply phenomenal. best food i have had in a while. I am sure a lot of their veggie entrees are also vegan, but one would need to ask.
