Trio ramen is phenomenal! The atmosphere is great, the food is awesome - the karrage is top notch, the pot stickers were delectable, and the takoyaki was very good, neither too sweet or fishy. The ramen was phenomenal, the meat was melt apart. The udon was good, they were perfectly chewy and the base broth had multiple dimensions. The chicken katsu curry was good, not too spicy and not too sweet. The server was spot on and their timing was great. We will be coming back, this was a lovely hidden gem.

Awesome place! We don't usually get down to Madison, so we decided to try something that we don't have in our area. We each got a different dish to try and share (the chef's special of the day Ramen (I can't remember the name 😭), Chicken Katsu curry, and Animal style Donburi rice). All were wonderful and absolutely delicious. My daughter tried the matcha milk tea. She loved it (me not so much lol). We also shared a strawberry Mochi and Takoyaki (again both were wonderful). The servers were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely go again.

Good food , I went for Ramen with grilled chicken, corn and all veggies tasted so fresh , very nicely balanced with broth . Alysia is very nice and welcoming, she did a great job guiding thru the order. Thanks.

First thing is the great look and feel when walking in. Extremely cute and clean look. The Tonkotsu ramen with pork chashu was great. Very filling and the broth had a very good taste. Some of the best in the area.

Went in during lunch and ordered the Ramen Day special which was the shoyu ramen. The bowl of soup arrived and it was not very hot. The broth tasted marginally better than an instant noodle seasoning packet. It was way too salty and had no depth of flavor. for just under $16 after tax, this was not worth it at all.

We each ordered custom ramen noodle bowls. Great menu that allows for customizing everything you want in the ramen. Ramen was good, but not best I’ve had so rate it 4/5. Service was really good - they were super friendly and attentive. Recommend for a quick ramen dinner - nice experience overall.
