Our favorite Italian restaurant. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Lots of great dishes. I personally love the eggplant parmesan, and the tiramisu is out of this world.

Lovely bar offering wines, beers and cheese/meat platters. We were only annoyed we had eaten before finding it! Service was very good, given cucumber water on arrival and an array of menus.. take so me time to enjoy it all and sample what’s on offer. We wish we did!

Vin Santo is an amazing Italian restaurant in downtown Middleton. Very sadly, they had to temporarily close because of the 25% restriction in Dane County. When they reopen, please support them! They food, service, and atmosphere are amazing. I especially love the Ravioli Vin Santo and Tiramisu. The couple who operate the restaurant are extremely talented and deserve everyone's support

An exceptional meal in a lovely setting! We sat on a sidewalk lined with restaurants in lively downtown Middleton, enjoying our handmade pasta dishes. All three of our meals were outstanding.

Vin Santo has a wonderful intimate and romantic atmosphere with quiet Italian background music. The food and service are always top flight. We go there about once a month, it is by far our favorite Italian restaurant. The Ravioli Vin Santo, Mista salad, Lasagna and Tiramasu are the best I've had anywhere in the world.

Good food and service. Very safe outside. A couple strange things that I've never seen fine dining Italian 1. tiramisu was like a cream pie, but it was good 2. no espresso, and 3. limoncello was served in wine glasses. Maybe that's because we were outside. Gluten-free menu online had eggplant. Actual menu did not, leaving only 2 of the 3 gluten-free options.

Limited menu but food selections were varied. Delicious food and very reasonably priced. They aren't stingy with the seafood in entrees which is a pleasant surprise. We tried all the appetizers except soup and they were excellent. The owner and servers were very accommodating and not intrusive. Very much appreciate they are following the COVID guidelines-we would've left otherwise. Will definitely return and can't wait for the full menu!
Vin Santo is a wonderful treasure in downtown Middleton. The atmosphere and service is exceptional. The lasagna, ravioli, Misto salad, and Tiramasu are the best I've had anywhere, including two trips to Italy. We are so lucky to have them, I urge anyone who loves Italian food to support them during the pandemic.

Great food, wonderful to see that they are open and going again, safely ! Even with social distancing, we enjoyed our meal and felt safe! We'll be ordering carry out now that they are open... support the small businesses like this please... they work so hard and We don't want to loose them !

It was so wonderful to return to Vin Santo. I love the food and the atmosphere. The service is outstanding. I had been craving the Ravioli Vin Santo and the Mista salad for months now. I'm so happy they are back.
