We are new to the area and wanted to try something different. This place is not it's own entity. THIS IS PIZZA INSIDE MONKS. We ordered pizza from here, assuming it would be delivered, which is my own fault. This place does NOT have drivers, and is simply a pizza place borrowing a kitchen from Monks. Most confusing establishment I have ever ordered from. Pizza was okay. Had some sort of burnt flavor to it. Boneless wings were good. Sadly, the best thing we ordered was the parm garlic sauce. Likely will not be back for pizza.

Our wings were still cold when we got them. Had to wait for them to redo the order. Took forever for them to get the bill to us, and it was incorrect. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get the correct bill. Was there for 1 1/2 hours for appetizers. Won’t be back to a Monk’s again.

When you can get delivery from Novanta, Villa Dolce, or The Roman Candle why would you order a pizza from a burger joint that has no pizza oven? Flattop grill fried pizza?!? ? No thank you…Domino’s and Pizza Hut are better (they have pizza ovens.)

We ordered a 14in hand tossed sausage and pepperoni pie. What a disappointment.The pizza arrived cold.. The crust was soggy and under cooked, the sauce tasted bitter. If I didnt have to wait over an hour for the order to arrive I would have called to ask for something different . Not worth the price.

This was my second order in two weeks. Ordered 2 pizzas- both arrived via DoorDash BURNT. 1 pizza. Straight pepperoni- had to pick off over 1/2 of the meat. Blackened. The taste was affected by this; plus the crust was still raw/doughy in middle. Chewy enough I didn’t even finish it. The second was sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and jalapeños. This one was nearly all burnt on top. This one was a co workers meal. He finished 2 pieces. He said he could taste the burnt flavor. I realize today is Black Friday but seriously that doesn’t apply to food. Someone was asleep at the oven. Being busy is not an excuse to send out products looking bad. I have photos for proof of the burnt mess of each. At this point I doubt highly that I will ever order from you again. I would appreciate it if a manager/owner would reach out to discuss this poor product delivery and preparation. I have no issues at all with the DoorDash folks. It’s strictly with the kitchen staff of this establishment

the online ordering was a breeze and pick up was ready exactly when they said it would be. the za itself is fantastic, we ordered one thin crust and one hand tossed and they were both wonderful. we will definitely be back!
