We enjoyed take out from here on Saturday. The carnitas were really good, the corn tortillas were awesome. The beans were tasty but too salty for me. My husband said the chimichangas were really good, he wasn't crazy about the rice. The cheese sauce was amazing and the salsa had a nice kick and was very good too. We'd definitely eat here again! It's nice to have the food still warm when we get home!

Excellent and authentic. We"be eaten at Casa Fiesta numerous times and have had a great experience each time. It's a refreshing change from some of the bland food found at other Mexican restaurants.

We decided to give this place a try for an early dinner. It is a very small restaurant in downtown Milton WI. We were the only people in the restaurant when we arrived. The service was very good and felt very “homey”. We had the chicken taquitos and chicken enchiladas with green sauce and sides of refried beans and chips and salsa. Overall, we found the food to be just average. The chicken in the enchiladas was really flavorful but the green sauce was too tart and lacked a creaminess. The rice had good flavor but was very dry. The taquitos were made from very thick yellow corn tortillas and were not rolled very well. They looked like they were baked vs fried. They were not very good. The beans were just ok and while the salsa was ok the chips were very thick.

My daughter and I looked so forward to visiting this supper club. We made a reservation for Sunday night, and drove over an hour to get there. When we arrived there was only one other couple there, and a table that was apparently friends of the waitress. I asked to use the restroom before we ordered and I will say it was disgusting. I mentioned it to the waitress, but I am not sure anyone was available to clean it. I returned and ordered a Stoli martini and it was made with cherry vodka. I mentioned this to the waitress and she corrected it. Now as to the meal...my daughter ordered the filet and enjoyed it. I ordered the queen cut of prime rib rare. When it was served I could tell it had been reheated, most likely in a microwave as it was not rare but barely pink and brown. I understand on a Sunday night, when you have only 2 reservations, you don't want to cook a whole prime rib, but I would have chosen something else if I had known it would be reheated. We tipped the waitress 20%, I just wish she had been more forthcoming about the menu. Not sure if we will return, definitely not on a Sunday night.

The menu is large, the food is traditional, and the portions are very generous. The prices are reasonable.The owner/ Chef is friendly, caring and talented.Don’t miss this hidden gem!
