A friend led us to this unique winery where we met John and Gail owners of Northleaf Winery. A truly delightful place to visit with extra touches like Port wine cheese and pretzel sticks to accompany our wine flights. After enjoying our wine, we visited the actual winery with it's building history explained. Overall our experience there will definitely make us want to visit again. Just an FYI - the restroom was immaculate! A real perk IMHO!

Not what I expected. As we approached the door the smell of Tom cat filled the air. Place was not tidy, tv blaring. Took a look at the wine list, all shipped in juice. Nothing locally grown. Not one cold hardy varietal to choose from. When I inquired, I was told local grapes do not make good wine. Interesting….. not worth the stop.

Fun little place. This is a must return trip. Staff members gave us a warm welcome when we walked in, and it was great throughout our visit. It's a real gem in a small town. Will be a nice day trip this summer, only 30 minutes from Madison.

Nice space. Several snack items on the menu. Tasting is as a flight of 4 half-glass rather than smaller size. Nice range of dry to sweet. All samples we had are nicely balanced with no sharp tastes or bitterness.Pinot Grigio is a particular favorite - a hint of sweet on the finish.

Nice place. Smaller but may have an upstairs too. I ordered sweet wines, which were very good (both red and white). My wife ordered more dry reds, which i don't like as much, but surprisingly, I did like those as well. I really liked the mulled wine she ordered.I would definitely recommend trying this place.

We went for a quick wine trip, and had their port wine. However, it wasn’t just their wine that was excellent. It was their customer service. We ended up getting stranded their due to a car issues. The gentleman who helped run the winery, graciously offered us a ride to get our car fixed. He went out of his way to help us out. We would have been stranded for a long time. Thank you for your help and beyond amazing customer service.

This is one of our favorite wineries! We love coming here cuz it’s so relaxing and everyone that has ever waited on us has always been so pleasant! We can never ever wait for our next time to head over to Milton winery!
