We had a last-minute emergency with a catering order that I personally forgot about—completely my mistake. With no time to spare, I reached out to Subway in Milton, hoping they could help. Not only did they step up, but they also prepared a large sandwich order on incredibly short notice. We picked up the rest of the items we needed from Piggly Wiggly, and although we arrived slightly late, the meal was delivered and very similar to what we originally planned to serve. I was blown away by Subway’s speed, professionalism, and willingness to help in a pinch. Huge thanks to the team there—they really saved the day.

I visited Subway around 8:30 PM after a long day, hoping for a quick and easy meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant due to the behavior of the employee working at the time.

I ordered the Philly sandwich and was asked what bread and size I wanted. The employee mumbled, making it hard to hear, so I asked for clarification. He repeated the question with noticeable attitude. I responded with “wheat,” and he immediately cut in with “what size?”—in a tone that was unnecessarily aggressive, especially considering I was the only customer there. I replied “6 inch,” and he then asked what cheese I wanted. I simply asked, “What cheese do you have?” and instead of answering, he turned his back and said, “It’s listed right there.”

At that point, I decided to leave. Having worked in the food industry as a teenager, I understand how easy this job is, and I couldn’t believe how much attitude one may have, but I’ve never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. It’s disappointing and speaks to a lack of proper customer service training. I hope Subway takes this as a reminder to ensure employees are trained not only in procedures but in respectful communication as well.

Ordered on the app with Google Wallet. Got the Wallet receipt, but no Subway receipt. Went to the store, no record of my order. Called another store, didn't send it to the wrong place. Called my bank and they confirmed the charge, plus told me the store number which the employee confirmed. Could not get ahold of manager to make my sandwich based on bank receipt, so now I have to dispute charge and close card so I don't waste my money.

Absolutely no greeting, seemed like I was bothering them to even come in. The lettuce on my sub is brown, got a pretzel not 1 single piece of salt on it, they gave it to me and I said it doesn’t come with cheese sauce, I got a sigh and they gave me 1/2 cup of ice cold cheese sauce. Won’t be back they clearly don’t want the customers.

I wish I could have 0. They employees barely spoke to me. After every sub, I was met with “is that it” which felt like. Are you done yet? The veggies weren’t all there and what was did not look fresh. One of the sandwiches wasn’t even warm and it was ordered toasted. The flat bread has become so thin I thought it looked like a wrap. Portions on the sandwiches were so abysmal and the grand total for 3 subs and 2 cookies was $45! Never going back again!

I’m a big fan and order often at Subway. I order ahead and pick up. Here if you do that BEWARE they will put you behind walk in orders. We got there and they kept putting everyone else first. We ended up waiting at the restaurant for 20 min. They apologize and said they had a rush. This is the only one that has done that.

This is my go-to Subway. Always great service, and they accept coupons!Not to mention, the sandwiches are made they way you requested.The manager is friendly and working the line most days.I have 3 Subway basically the same distance and will always choose this one.

If there is zero star option I definitely would do it. I was treated so disrespectfully by the manager and this young boy at the Milton location and they were correcting me very disrespectful when I didn't ask them to. The boy got my sandwich wrong he didn't listen to what I wanted. I get it homecoming was busy but they yelling at someone who has severe anxiety and epilepsy is not okay. Never going to this location. Disgusting how they treat people.
