Super disappointed in my experience here. I happened to see the overflow lounge featured on a local Janesville support page (which I love supporting local), so I made a trip with my family to check it out. I am all about dive bars. The place was busy so I didn’t expect to get served right away. We sat there for a while, and when someone finally came up, she did not say hi or introduce herself. Just told us that the only thing we could order from the menu was fried food. Twice. I probably would have tried to make it work if we felt welcomed - but, we didn’t. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try any food, but we won’t be back.

We went in on Good Friday around 2:00, the place was packed. Several servers were no show so there was only one person covering the whole bar. This poor women was trying to cover the bar, taking orders and delivering the food. She did a fantastic job! She got our drinks and we got our food hot and what we ordered. She tried to comp our drinks thinking we were waiting a long time but we just couldn't let her do it. It wasn't that long. This isn't a bad review. This the third time we had fish and its been great every time. I just want to give a shout out to the lady who was working Good Friday afternoon. You don't see work ethic like that anymore. You did a great job. If I owned a bar or restaurant I would try to steal her away from the Overflow.

We came in for early bird special fish, fried dinner absolutely amazing old-fashioned with spot on Bartender friendly our food cooked to perfection. We will be back. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Order pizza half pepperoni n cheese got have pepperoni with cheese n half pepperoni without cheese. Order the pickle fries more burnt breading then pickle. One hour wait for those n cheese curds that where dyer then the desert. The new waiter never brong us are plates til we got are new pizza

The Overflow is a great hidden gem of a dive bar with great food! Very reasonable and Jaida is the best server ever!
I had bluegill and it was great. The slaw was chopped big but good flavor and I'm picky about coleslaw. My husband ordered potato pancakes with apple sauce. Waitress forgot them so he reminded her. Never got the applesauce. The bar looked like an old dive bar. It was ok.
Parking: Not a lot of spaces available. Very small area.

Overflow Lounge, where have you been all my life?!?!? Every last bit of my experience was phenomenal! Old Fashioneds are delicious! Shrimp Cocktail, yes please, OMG that Cocktail sauce! Blue Gill fish fry is generous and oh so yummy. As well as the potatoe pancakes, and the coleslaw. Our server was the owner's son, and he was charming and awesome, especially with the size of our group. Met the owner - super nice guy. You need to find this place and go!!

Went to dinner with my wife and another couple. I had the fried blue gill dinner with fries. I enjoyed the large serving and had some left over to take home. My wife had the Cajun pan fried mix-it-up meal with sweet potato fries that she found to be really tasty. Our friends both ordered the fried 2 peice cod with potato pancakes which they liked a lot. We definitely recommend fish fry friday at this small out of the way place off the beaten path.

Hidden gem outside Milton, WI! We decided to try this spot out on the recommendation of a long time Fort Atkinson resident. We went on a Saturday around 6:30pm and they were busy! There was only one server taking care of the dining room and the bar. I won’t hold that against them, though because we found out that other help had called out, so she was doing the best she could. She was flyin’ around that place taking care of everything & everyone with a smile! It took a while, but when the food came out it was hot and very, very tasty. We will definitely be going back!
