Sat down waited for service to eat dinner. The bar tender stared at us a couple of times and never asked if we're gonna eat and need a menu or need a drink. Or even let us know that someone would be there to wait on us .

The space was so nice and the hotel room tour they gave us was gorgeous! I loved the photo booth and thought that it'd be a great add for any event you are booking at Cambria. As for the food, everything was pretty good. The pretzel was nice and fluffy and all the condiments were good. Only complaint was that the poutine wasn't really poutine because there was no gravy but hey can't go wrong with loaded fries in any sense! The cheese was also definitely burnt but other than that the food was good! I absolutely loved the bread pudding bites they had!

So glad to had a chance to come in and check out cambria hotel and tried some of their food at 414 bar! They had everything from appetizer like poutines to sandwiches. The hotel is really nice and modern with all the bright lighting inside, they even have fireplaces for guests to enjoy during winter! The bar/dining area is right next to the entrance from parking lot. I think it would be better to separate this area so guests can have their own space while enjoying their food. The food itself was really good! I liked everything but the fondue cheese and poutine. The cheese taste burned and I wish there was gravy for the poutine. However, the sandwiches and bread pudding were top notch!

All 5 stars for this place!! First time coming here (they've been open for 5 months). It was so nice! The staff there were extremely friendly and it was such a laid back environment I would love to come for their happy hour or just stay to enjoy the atmosphere. Its modern and classy look really makes it stand out. It's perfect for a night to get away or if you're traveling on business. It's downtown in Milwaukee which is great (easy to Uber or Lyft around) and it's within walking distances to other places. Being able to tour the hotel rooms was great! The beds were elevated from the ground and it looked like they were floating! The bigger suite was really spacious and had a nice view for the Public Market and freeway. Even though you were right by the freeway you couldn't hear a semi truck pass! The walls were painted to reflect the lake which I thought was nice. They have a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom which gives it just that special touch!! The pool is a bit small, but it at least has one! The workout room is nice and their outdoor seating area for the firepit. During certain months they'll give you a kit so you can make smores outside. I thought that was a really cute and genuine idea. Everything was clean and all the rooms we went into smelled good! They have Serta mattresses and they were comfortable when you sat on them or touched them. Their drinks ranged from $8 and above. The Prosecco champagne bottle forewarning is a small personal size bottle not a normal champagne size bottle and that ranged at about $14 (just a FYI, I thought I was getting a bigger bottle). Nevertheless, I'll for sure come and stay here even for a getaway night! The food was really good, their drinks, and the overall vibe! Their price range for the night was about $99 or a little over $100 for their special. Definitely not a bad price! Thanks Cambria Hotel for your amazing hospitality and customer service and as always our CM, Jessica for arranging this awesome event!! I will definitely be back and telling my friends!!

Thanks Cambria and our great CM JJ for hosting a laid back fun elite event. The Cambria has a great modern vibe in a surprising location that bridges the third ward and the downtown. It's appointments and furnishings are high end and really do reframe what I thought I knew about the choice brand. The Cambria hosts of our elite event were attentive and friendly, from the bar staff to the desk staff to the catering team, all were focused on making our event memorable. The food was good. The beef sliders were best and the poutine concept was yummy. As others have noted, the beer cheese sauce was a bit burnt as it came out from the kitchen, but all in all, all else was good, so no harm no foul. This event provided the elite crew with a great opportunity to experience one of the hippest new hotel in the 414 and my thanks to the gracious Cambria staff and our great CM.

Thanks to Cambria Hotel and Jessica for throwing a great Yelp party in this lovely space! Food and drink were plentiful and staff were all friendly and responsive. This hotel is really conveniently located and has lovely rooms. I would recommend it to visitors for sure.

What a space! Sleek, modern, funky, hipster - and that was before the Yelpers showed up! I was rubber necking immediately upon entering the lobby. There was so much to see and all of it was appealing to the eye. If I were a weary business traveler passing through town, I'd be happy to stay here! Since we had the pleasure of sampling both the bar and dining options, I'd be happy to eat and drink here too! Those sliders!! They were amazing. I might have had more than the "recommended serving size", but let's not talk about my eating disorders here.... I was very pleased with the beer list. Most of it was very local. I enjoyed more than one Mobcraft Kolsch-style beers; maybe it was more than 2. I loose track. My wife really enjoyed their wine offerings and we both really enjoyed the service of the bar staff. All in all, a solid 5-star event in a 5-star venue with a bunch of 5-star Yelpers, and of course, our 5-star CM, Jessica!!! Here to 2020 YelpMKE!!

WOWWW!!! What a spread! My expectations were completely blown away by this event! The drink menu was solid, more food than I could take in and fun entertainment options as well. Cambria brought their A game for yelp elites! I enjoyed a Rodney Strong Cab to start and was a great choice. Onto the buffet, the angus beef sliders was my favorite of all the options. The meat was tender and had great flavor. The pretzel was good with the mustard but the cheese tasted like the holder ran out of water and was burned (I was towards the end of the line though). The make your own poutine was a fantastic idea! This would be truly awesome if we could melt the cheese like I've had poutine in the past (did I miss the gravy?). My plate was already pretty full (and I know my limits haha) so I passed on the turkey sandwich but made sure to take a few samples of the bread pudding with chocolate sauce and bourbon caramel sauce (amazing!!). I went back to the friendliest bartender in Milwaukee to try the Erath Pinot Noir- not what I expected so I know now Erath isn't for me! I didn't get to try the photo booth but saw some fun pics. I enjoyed the music from the DJ- it was fun but not so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation! I missed the second tour of the rooms (was there an announcement and I was talking too much?) but the lobby was contemporary and others from the first tour reported the rooms were very modern. Thanks to Jessica for coordinating this awesome event and thanks to Cambria for going all out to make us feel so welcome and taken care of after a long day at work! I love the mug to take home and free drink token for next time, in addition to the yelp swag!

I attended this event with my boyfriend and overall it was a great event. The hotel itself was very sleek and modern. The bar area was definitely great as a gathering place and I love a good fire pit. The drinks were good - the draft list was all local beers which was a win for Wisconsin! We made our way to the food and this is where I knocked a star (probably would've only knocked half if we were able to). We arrived at 6:45, and by the time we had arrived the food was mostly picked over. We really enjoyed the pretzels and make your own poutine. However, the beer cheese was very burnt, not sure if that was intentional or if it was just sitting in the heater too long. Also, the chocolate chip bread pudding was gone when we arrived, and wasn't replenished the rest of the night. From the pictures, it looked delicious. Wish we would've been able to try it. Did love the photo booth and the DJ though! Overall a fun night and a cool new spot! Thanks for organizing Jessica and Cambria.

I didn't even know that this location was here and I love trying/ exploring new venues. The waitress was great and my guest and I enjoyed the photo booth. The rooms are pretty cool and updated with a hip vibe. I won the l one night stay and dinner for two so I am excited to go back and venture the menu a little bit more. Thank you for a great event!
