My best friend and I went for her birthday and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I was really concerned after reading the reviews, but we decided to check it out anyways and this place did not dissappoint. The security protocol made me feel very safe. We had great service. The promoters were very attentive and kind. Even the patrons were friendly. If someone bumped into me, they were very respectful and apologetic (very different from the people in Chicago). Everyone there was just drama free and just good vibes. It was not what I was expecting at all. We are so glad we came, and will come back next time we are in town.

My family and I went to Elemnt for my birthday. It was packed and over crowded which is understandable because it was Saturday. The minute we stepped in the door we were met with attitudes and hostile energy. I brushed it off thinking they might be overwhelmed with people, which again understandable. I also manage a restaurant downtown so I am fully aware of the downtown life and wnviorment. Throughout the night the security guard were giving bad energy and trying to single us out as if we were breaking the rules. It was very weird animosity and by the end of the night I was over it and was ready to head back to the car. While leaving the club the 6’7 300 lb female security guard hit me in my mouth for no reason while still half way through the day. After she hit me the male security proceeded to try to jump me, a 23 year old female, which turned into a brawl with the rest of family. This behavior is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I know the procedure for training when dealing with drunk people or even trying to find a solution to any problem that became aware to the employees of the club. Which also came to a suprise is after the fight was over, the club owner also proceeded to try to fight my party. I have already reported the club to the city of milwaukee for harrassment and discrimination. Once again I am a manager for a very well known restaurant and do not plan to take this lightly. I do not recommend this club to anybody for the safety of their family.

I hosted a party here for work on a day they were closed. We were welcomed with style and grace. Service was impeccable, DJ was crazy good and he tailored the music to the crowd. It was exactly the vibe we were hoping to curate. They had security for us so we could make sure it was only our group coming in. We had no problems whatsoever! Thank you all for everything! We WILL be back!

this place is VERY HOOD… bouncers from bottle ladies are rude as hell… the bad bob woman in the front of the club is rude as hell and will aggressively search you… Women in there with pajamas on.. drinks pretty good but the bouncers attitude is honestly stinky as hell.
