Al Bazzar Restaurant & Sweets

This was my first time here and wow what a beautiful plate of food! I loved meeting the whole family who makes fresh authentic Palestinian/ Yemeni food daily. This was the chicken mandi which came with a side of spicy sauce and cucumber tomato salad. I recommend this place for your groceries and for a lovely meal.

They might have good food or other stuff at very high price!
Unfortunately their policy on rotten food, and attitude of staff members does not deserve even one star.
At one occasion I returned moldy pita bread next day, and I was questioned how I keep the 🍞 in my house.
Just recently I bought a small package of date and paid cash for it and got no receipt. Got home and opened the package and tasted spoiled rotten date. When I returned it she first told me they're not spoiled, then asked a little boy to taste the date since she admitted she has never had that kind of date. Finally she took the package but this time she weight the package and gave me back less money then i paid for it with receipt. I have been to their two locations since they opened and would not shop at their stores again.

شكرن ! Merci beaucoup pour votre sympathique attitude ! This decent restaurant has The Best Attitude 'd Cashier/ man working at a restaurant, ever. He will always have a place in my heart, ❤️, bc I showed up trying to speak my newly learned Arabic,and order delicious food, yet had utterly forgotten my wallet. The man working the register took such a nice attitude that he earned a customer for life! 👏

Best shawarma in mke area

This was the most perfect place to stop!! My husband and I were in the mood for some dessert on our trip, and happened upon this place. We were greeted with smiles and recommendations. The baklava and the other dessert were amazing- if they recommend the baklava with cream cheese, get it!!
This is a great place to stop, and it’s Palestinian family owned!!

This middle eastern food is the most authentic we’ve had in the entire country so far (and we’ve been to lots of places). Where do I even start? Their extremely flavorful hummus where they clearly add way more tahini than most places would? Their pressure cooked rice that has an incredibly deep smoky flavor? Or their bone in lamb that’s so tender and flavorful it brings tears to your eyes when you eat it? No, there’s nowhere I can start. If you read this review and you do not go to Al Bazzar, I will be incredibly disappointed.

Visited from Chicago. Looked for a restaurant near my hotel and saw that this place had great reviews. I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great. Very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious. I had the combo mandi (chicken and lamb). The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. I will be coming back here the next time I come to Milwaukee. Wishing this restaurant and their family success blessings. 🙏
