we called the store he answered and we asked for our regular order and he gave us a hard time and hung up on us , we came in and he told us to go to a different store VERY DISRESPECTFUL. !!!!

Finally tried the chicken and shrimp alfredo from many recommendations and it was 🔥 🔥 🔥 chicken was juicy and very saucy. Not many shrimp but enough. I will add broccoli next time and mushrooms if they have them. If you scared of a lil salt don’t order it. It wasn’t overly salty but for somebody who watches their salt intake might find an issue. My mild buffalo wings with the fries was on point per usual. I got a peach lemonade and it was good too. Again very sweet for somebody who can’t handle that don’t get it! I just added a little water to it when I got home. The ice machine wasn’t working so I added ice too. The restaurant was clean. I know they can be hit or miss but they was on point this day! Actually I never had a miss. If it’s a busy time of day like a lunch rush, the last hr before close or a weekend, just plan and call ahead if you can. I called ahead and got great food. My auntie said her plain whole wings didnt have any flavor but people usually go for the variety of flavors they offer so go up the street to jjs for plain wings. & you can sprinkles some seasoning on your own food right at the side counter. And when I came in there was someone at each register waiting to help customers. I know everybody won’t have a good experience but damn yall it’s not Coopers Hawk 🥩 but its good ghetto food lol.

I watched a young lady for a refund because they got her order wrong. They denied her and told her no because she would’ve had to brought the food back so another customer can eat it. God forbid If I was the customer who could’ve gotten her returned plate.. that’s disgusting. Once food leaves the restaurant it shouldn’t have the option of being returned and resold. That was the first red flag.
I proceeded to get my food. Was charged $1.50 for 2 sauces. My steak extremely overdone. Rice and vegetables were cold and soggy. I can understand why I rarely see any business there. Benny boy’s grill truck is 1000% better than wasting money on this mess. Learned my lesson. I will not be returning.

wish i looked at the reviews before ordering…i ordered a chicken alfredo with extra chicken bro all my chicken was burnt i can’t even eat ts you can taste the burnt noodles… i called the man said i “you can call doordash or whatever and issue a refund” 0 respect need new cooks and workers or bring back the old one ts is disgusting wont EVER go back there long time customer LOST!

I wasn’t going to post this but since the MANAGER or whomever he was got an attitude & failed to take accountability that this looked absolutely fine, wouldn’t make it right & We spend a lot of money at this place. The chicken was old, nasty & absolutely DISGUSTING. I couldn’t even eat it. The taste looked as bad as the picture looks. OMG! I even showed the man a picture of some well made chicken alfredo that looked amazing from another restaurant & compared it to there’s ALSO asking an innocent bystander what she thought & she agreed with me that it looks terrible & the chicken looks OLD!!! I won’t spend another dime at this place again!!!!!

Just ordered two chicken and steak Phillys never again was no meat on it iam so mad spend almost 20 bucks just on sandwiches with no meat I could had taken my money next door if it was meat on it I no it would had been good season on the lil they put on it mad
