The food was served properly but the pho soup was on the sweeter side. They didn't give enough basil and lime. We had to ask for more so everyone could get a piece. There was no black pepper at our table and we had to ask for it too.

Came in for lunch today with a coworker. Had the chicken satay which was delicious and well seasoned. Friend had the volcano chicken that came out hot and crispy. Will be getting that at my next visit. Sauce was great and full of flavor. Staff was very attentive and friendly and took time to converse with us. Highly recommend this local restaurant. Happy to support and family owned business. Cheers!

They're always sweet, kind, and attentive when I come in. Absolutely no wait to be seated and served with water first. I love the Pho and cucumber salad. I came in kinda tipsy mother's day and they hooked me right up. Felt so much better. I've had good Pho but so far Ox Cafe is the best.

I always bring all my friends here. It's a nice hangout spot and the staff there make it even better. I recommend the volcano chicken 🐔 😋.

Food was great, the service was bad and had a set 15% gratuity. Hate to nitpick service, but other than giving the food, nothing else was really done. The plates + utensils were just stacked and left on the opposite side of the table. I asked for chopsticks and they forgot and were gone for 15+ minutes after(so I couldn't call them). They checked up on us once when we were almost done eating. We were literally the only customers in, so they weren't being overwhelmed... And they had a set 15% gratuity on it, I was leaning towards 12%. I usually tip 20%, but after every mistake I brought it lower to 12%. Having a forced 15% gratuity makes them have 0 incentive to give good service. I'd just do take out next time since the food was good.

Can't wait to go back --
Stopped in for lunch, and the LNY party just happened to be later that night. Came back for the party and had a blast!!

My sisters and I drive all the way to Milwaukee from Chicago just to eat here. We usually come on a Sunday afternoon and it isn’t too busy so the restaurant is nice and quiet. The food is always amazing, fresh, and delicious and with exceptional service. The portions are huge and well worth the money and drive. Our go-tos are the laab - either raw or cooked, papaya salad, and beef jerky. My only complaint is the bathroom doesn’t have a changing station so if you have any littles, you’ll have to change them on the hard ground of the bathroom.

Kid-friendliness: No diaper changing station in the men’s or women’s restroom

food was horrible...I ordered raw laab and the meat looked like it was days old. best thing I ate was the sticky rice. first and last time taking my family or anyone to eat there. seems like they cooked everything the day before and just warm it up to serve to customers

Ordered kaopoon while my husband got pho. The chicken in my kaopoon tasted very old like it was cooked days prior. Husband said his pho was good though. Automatic 15% tip was already added to the bill and this was my first and last time. Just moved from CA and I haven't even paid that much smh

Visited for lunch and we got seated and served right away( it was empty lol ) great space and the server was pleasant. We ordered the roasted pork and the pork with bakchoi and chicken skewers. Wasn’t a fan of the skewers ( really salty, and the peanut sauce seems a bit curdled ) but the other part of the meal was delicious. Enough to have dinner later on. Would return to try something else.

Attentive, friendly & knowledgeable staff and fresh, delicious food. Tasty beverages.
From the top down; Crispy duck, shrimp fried rice and Sweer pork belly & Egg. Rich and well crafted!

Parking: Parking lot is only accessible on the eastbound side of Hampton. Can also enter from gas station parking lot. There is a fence around the parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and automatic doors and ample tables. Very spacious.
