The latte was okay, a bit sweeter than what I usually get elsewhere. There was a long line, and the girls seemed quite tired - service was slow, and they spent a lot of time chatting with each other. They clearly got my name wrong, which was confusing. Honestly, I might have been better off skipping it.

The coffee shop itself is busy as hell. Usually only visit on weekends so my view is a bit skewed. Good beans if you want espresso for home grind. Mostly I would buy and take beans home. But the staff is fun and nice even when super busy

I was disappointed with my experience at Anodyne Coffee. When I arrived, I greeted the cashier politely, but she didn’t even acknowledge my greeting. I placed my order and waited patiently, but after 15 minutes — and watching at least five people who ordered after me receive their drinks in under 5 minutes — I realized something was wrong. It turned out the cashier never passed my order to the barista. I had to go up and tell the barista myself that I hadn’t received anything. This level of service was disappointing.

Great custom coffee, worth the wait.
During my time in Milwaukee, Anodyne Coffee at the Public Market became my go-to. I stopped by for a cup every day-it's just that good. Their custom blends hit the spot, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming.
Just a heads-up: weekends get busy, and the line moves slow, but it’s worth the pause. If you’re already in the market, it’s a must-stop for caffeine lovers.

I had a mocha which was having cocca powder in it. It was really awesome. They had lots of options in all sizes and so everyone can have something here. This is perfect place for coffee around Milwaukee areas ..!

It so good that my wife will drive from another state to have a turtle mocha from here. That should be as glowing of a review as one could hope for

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! Never dealt with such a rude barista. The red head with the pigtail braids spent 15 minutes telling another worker about a haircut she wanted, even proceeded to pull out her phone to show pictures while a line of customers stood waiting. Then the cashier decides to chime in about a shirt she wanted to buy... All the while NOBODY is making drinks. When she started making drinks again she went completely out of order and just picked whatever drink she felt like making next. I've been coming to this location for years, but that ends today. Never again

Coffee was great. For an iced mocha with extra shots, you could still taste the flavor of coffee. It was nice. Reasonably priced. Recommend.

Was pretty excited to try this place out as their matcha had great reviews, the barista was pretty rude with no line, she forgot the requested oat milk and the matcha came out clumpy and pretty gross as the matcha powder to water ratio was quite off. We could see from waiting, the powder was barely mixed and wasn't mixed at all after putting the drink together.
