Food is always good and on time. There was a little confusion about who our waiter was, so we sat for 10 minutes with no waiter. But once that glitch was handled everything else ran smoothly. Server was pleasant and checked in frequent to make sure we were okay.

Very slow service. The strawberry vodka drink was good. And that was it. They seasoned my salt with a little hamburger. Same with the fries. When the dinner was finished, the waiter brought a bag for the Leftovers... No boxes. This bit of dining heaven took 3.5 hours. We will not be returning any time soon.

my husband was given wrong order, but waitress apologized and got a new order that took a long time, but was quite good. Check was wrong too, but she graciously corrected it. Food good.

The worst service ever I was waiting 1 hour for my food and it never came. I got up and left the restaurant. The best Applebee's I would recommend is Rawson and 13th street. They have the best serving.

Definitely poorly managed!! We had to ask for a server, get our own drinks, the food was cold and took forever to come to the table. The whole experience was terrible.

Ordered online for pick up since I live a little out of the way. The moment that I walked in I was greeted by a really nice host. He gave me a friendly smile and told me that the woman at the bar was bagging up my order. My order was ready right when I walked in the door. That was awesome. She bagged our order and then got our lemonade and Diet Pepsi together and i drove back home to the east side. The food stayed warm in their containers and it was delicious. We got a 6 ounce streak fries and mashed potatoes. Also a burger and fries. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY I was super impressed. I highly recommend this location.

If I could do negative stars I would. We were given a table right away. Waited 30 min for someone to acknowledge us & take our drink order. Okay , fine. There was a lot of commotion going on because they were short staffed. We were understanding. Another 20 minutes for our food order to be taken. Waited an hour for our food to be brought to us, COLD at that. My mother’s pasta was literally hard from how cold it was. An hour and a half just to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for one fresh plate. NEVER AGAIN.

Came in yesterday and was sat down by a hard working host. A bunch of servers standing around trading jokes. After about 8 minutes of nobody coming to my table, just left. Very strange.
Love the service...I mean just exactly host is at his post waiting for customers to walk in to sit them and returns to his post to sit more ppl ... waitresses walking by informing us someone will be with us in just moments....just great service all around
