It smelled bad , my steak was dry. Kings shouldn’t deserve this.

Me and my spouse dine in today and it was the worse service ever Mike G serving technique was horrible from the appetizer we ordered to the drinks and him checking on other tables that was not his and making sure they had everything they needed to just completely ignoring us we definitely will not be back to this location at all

Just plain sad. If I could leave 0 for service I would. We were checked in on once and it was by the manager? No refills asked for water. Completely out of vegetables but wasn’t told to us except for broccoli. Workers gathered in the back laughing the whole time. Also took an hour to get the barely there food.

My wife and I wanted to have a late lunch. We never received our food, even after we asked our server and manager about it. Several tables sat after us got their food and were about done eating and we still sat there. At about an hour and 20 minutes, we got up and left. Never coming back.

Celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday and I loved the service Sierra provided she was attentive and nice.I will be going back.

Took some family members out. 4 others and myself. 3 of us ordered burgers, all where overcooked. It was cold in the restaurant. Was tempted to put my coat back on cause the chill eventually started to be intolerable. The service was fine, food came out at a reasonable time, just didn't like that are food didn't come out at the same time. 5 minutes forth first dish, 5 minutes for the next 3 dishes, and another 5 for the last dish. I love Applebee's, but I'll never go back here. If I ever feel like eating at Applebee's again, I'm will to travel to the next closes one. (This Applebee's is a 10 minute walk, or 3 minute drive from me)

If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited forever for our meals, told the server we never got our second order of mozzarella sticks and he said they were dropping new ones. Waited 20 minutes for the second batch that we never received. When I told the server we still hadn’t received them, he said “oh. Do you still want them?” Would definitely tell everyone to steer clear of this location!! Everyone seemed like they hated everyone and their own life.

Lazy is the definition I have for the Uber driver that delivered food for one of our residents. If this “person” was delivering to a large apartment complex would they just leave the food outside or bring it to the apartment door?? This “person” would just leave it outside. There’s no reason why I should have to finish the job for them and deliver it to the residents room. Just lazy.

Great experience! Was great to see what a newly remodeled location looks like. Ours in sheboygan and west bend have closed. Be great if they came back. But everything was great here!

Food was ok.. It could have been better. Waitress only had 3 tables and took forever to come back to the table. Spinach dip was bought out in a plastic cup so you couldn't get the full flavor of it. Tasted like plastic. Chicken quesadillas were dry, no sour cream or salsa none offered. I was gonna order 3 desserts to go, but by the time she came back to the table, I was over it. Thumbs down for me.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any Applebees I have been to.

Food was lukewarm when it came out and one person in our party never got her food. Her food was given away to the wrong table and we were left waiting for her wings for 35+ minutes. IM STILL NOT CONFIDENT HER FOOD WILL EVER ARRIVE.

The restaurant was not busy by any means. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER be giving my money to this establishment ever again and I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Lights were also flickering the entire time. These were the state her “Garlic Parm” wings came out in AFTER AN HOUR AFTER WE ORDERED.
