Honestly, the Ardent Lounge is incredible. I’ve been several times now - food is always outstanding, service is friendly & knowledgeable and the space is very inviting. It has become my “go to” spot when I want the reassurance the whole experience will feel 100% worth it. This time I went with a group of 6 so we tried basically everything on the menu. Only complaint was that the hamachi collar (which, might I add, WAS appropriately portioned) was so good I just wanted like 4 more of them ?. Dessert was also memorable, unique & on point. If you haven’t been yet, you’ve really gotta get there. Ardent lounge is a real gem!

It feels insane to give Ardent less than 5 stars, since the meal I had there recently was one of the best I've ever had. Actually, it was the third best, after the other two birthdays I spent there. While the food was great, I did notice they cut a course from their tasting menu this year. This, plus the location change to the smaller, hotter, less glamorous (it features a drop ceiling) space adjacent, made the overall experience feel like a downgrade. It's still very much worth the money, but I think I'll try something new for my next birthday.

This was our first time at Ardent. We were there for brunch and liked everything about it. It all feels thoughtfully conceived—the design, the table setting, and especially the food. A manageable list of great dishes. It was hard to choose and it makes us eager to go back. Servings were a nice size and the service was excellent.

The only pre fee coursed meal I'd experienced before coming to Ardent was Thomas Keller's Per Se.... Let me tell you, this experience at Ardent exceeded every past "elite" dining experience I've had.Each course was well thought out and beautifully executed. Highlights on our menu were the curry carrot cake and the uni onion soup. Each course held an element of surprise and finesse. I asked my boyfriend to take my back here for my birthday. Everyone cross your fingers!!!!
Definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at in the world. Every dish was fantastic. The food was very interesting, with innovative ingredients. More importantly, unlike some fine dining restaurants, they made sure that every innovative dish was absolutely delicious. Particularly the koji ice cream with brown rice and caviar, the shiitake rooibos tea, and the madras carrot cake. They also made great substitutions for my pescatarian wife. Excellent beverage pairing as well, and perfect portion sizes. Can't wait to come back!
Vegetarian options: They can make a vegetarian tasting menu, with great veggie options.

I had a fantastic experience in the tasting room! Devine food, perfectly paced and portioned. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and always there with what I needed. It is clear the staff love what they make, and are excited to share it. I am already making plans to return when I can.
Dietary restrictions: They were easily able to accommodate my food allergies, and intentionally asked at two stages (during reservations and when we first arrived) if we had any food restrictions. I never felt like I was missing out, the food felt complete no matter if they took something out for me.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Every bite was enjoyable! Service was phenomenal! We loved the decor and atmosphere there, it’s very cozy. I am not a fan of black berries and mocha but that dessert was just amazing! We will be goi back for sure!
