Love this place, but two major gripes have me not being able to give 5 stars.First and foremost, as a vegetarian, the vegetarian ramen is sadly so bland, and the server never asked if I wanted any sauces or spices to add to make it better. adding sauce is typical at most ramen places. All the ingredients are there, but compared to the meat dishes… it just doesn’t have the flavor. If spices were added or increased, 5 star vegetarian ramen instantly. As it is now.. barely salty broth with unseasoned tofu.The second is the confusing gratuity that they add. I’m not mad about tipping servers, but I am confused and frustrated at an 18% gratuity added automatically, but not prominently featured on the tip line.We were genuinely confused if the gratuity was for the server or not and felt obligated to tip more than was probably necessary because of this.It really should be made clear, because it felt like the gratuity was hidden.Like… I want the servers to get paid, but I also don’t understand what exactly should be paid if the automatic gratuity isn’t explicitly stated to be for the server.

It’s a perfect spot for date, friends, etc… The food was delicious and really nice space. Our waitress was Zoe and she was so great and attentive. Definitely look forward to coming back!

Editing because the owner addressed the charges via email and tried to invalidate my experience with some very unprofessional words. STILL Horrible experience! Went there and waiter told us to SEAT ourselves. So we did. 10 minutes later after ordering and getting drinks, she tells us move to accomodate a group of four people. Mind u we moved but there was literally a table for 6 next to us. She then said soda was on them. But on the check the restaurant has a POLICY to add a 18% gratitudity. Customers beware of this.The ramen was not that great. Mind you we never asked for a free soda. I am not asking for the refund or free handouts. The service was horrible and the email interactions with the owner, even more horrible! They are not nice and will not apologize for rude service. She justified by saying it's common knowledge that tables are reserved. Customers beware who you are giving your business to.

We sat at the bar, and we had such a great experience. I wish I could remember the bartender’s name! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made some great suggestions. She really cared that we liked and enjoyed our meal. I had the seafood ramen and my wife had garlic fried rice. We started with the cauliflower app and the pork dumplings. The food was fantastic. We will be back for sure. Great Job!

First time here. I like Sushi, and Poke. This restaurant does a fine job with both.Got seated right away and ordered couple of hot teas. I enjoyed the Rishi with some coconut notes. Ordered the Vegetable Gyoza which came out hot and very tasty. Ordered the Salmon Poke and a Kimchi Ramen. Both were extremely good. Would definitely order the same next time.Overall I great experience. Service was attentive, food was very good, and the price is reasonable for the quality.

We ordered take out. I'm vegan and my husband is definitely NOT and we both LOVED it. The menu clearly identified what was vegan and everything was delicious. When we picked up our take out we were sad we didn't eat there because the inside was really cute and they were playing anime. The woman that handed us our food was really friendly and double checked our (way too) large order.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegan options including Ramen and a bunch of appetizers. I ordered enough food for TWO vegans and I enjoyed ever bite.
