Arty's Sweet Talk Cupcakes

I ordered cupcakes on July 19th. My husband and I went to pickup the cupcakes and there was no up cupcakes. The owners daughter contacted her mom, so that we can get the cupcakes. The owner called me to inform me that she never checked the website and that she was busy with something at the moment and would contact me within a hour. She never made the cupcakes.I explain to her that I paid for my order already just refund my money. She claimed that she didn’t receive my money and that she was going to check the website and refund me. I never received a refund and she will not return my calls. I will be contacting better business bureau on Monday.
