It is still here, it survived Covid!. It's Been in business since 1964. Ice cream drinks galore. Still dark candle light atmosphere. I think it is under new management. Bartenders and waitstaff a younger generation. Other than that the only thing that has changed is instead of Dean, Frank, and Sammy on the jukebox playing the rat pack song's of yesterday the songs have been updated to the 60,70's and 80's. But It is still the perfect place to go for that after dinner drink. A way to wrap up the evening weather it's a first date, anniversary, or birthday. You won't be disappointed. Service fast and efficient. Definitely

Amazing drinks. Service is busy on the weekend bc the drinks are so good and worth the wait. Dark atmosphere with red light, not my vibe but they nailed what they were going for. Awesome for dessert cocktails!!!!

I feel compelled to leave a review, especially after reading Travis' negative review. Leaving a 1-star review because somewhere didn't hire you? You're just proving the point that you're immature and likely a poor employee. I would say At Random made the right decision.Anyway... This is possibly my favorite bar of all time. The cocktails, the ice cream, the ambience, the music. All of it is perfection. I'm not local, so when I am in the area, At Random is an absolute must. It's so dreamy and I can't wait to go back again.

At Random is, in practically every way, my perfect bar. The lighting is low and flattering, the seating is comfortable, the music is pleasant and, most importantly, the drinks are AMAZING! There's everything from boozy milkshakes to classic martinis. It would be all too easy to get seriously toasted here due to the amazing variety. Our server knew the menu inside and out and gave us great recommendations, much needed when there were so many nice looking options. I don't live in Milwaukee but I would come back here in a heartbeat.

No food but the cocktails and ice cream drinks are amazing! I hadn't been here in over 4 decades. Feeling nostalgic, and after dinner with friends at Three Brothers, we dropped in. It's changed a bit over the past 40+ years since I was last here but it is still as cool as ever! The drinks were amazing and, while we were older than the general crowd, we felt right at home. Our mistress of the drink was Margot and she was phenomenal! Whoever made our drinks was amazing last night. First taste took me back those handful of decades. Go here. Frequent this establishment! The world would be a much better place if we had more "At Random" serving ice cream drinks, playing Barry White, Frank, and Sammy! So glad they've not only stayed in business but doubled down and invested in it to keep it going. Bay View is the gem of Milwaukee.

We went without a "reservation" we were a party of 5. They had no tables, wouldn't let us stand at the bar, and wouldn't serve us outside. I will never go back. Terrible business practices

SURCHARGE WARNING. It's 1$ per drink because of "Rising Costs", which i guess inflation only affects the resturant, and not consumers but whatever, just move some $ from the tip (i didn't actually do that, the waiter was great, but be stronger then me) to pay for surchage until the owner stops doing that nonsense. Pretty fun bar anyways, good outside seating , the interior is low light and pleasant. The seating can be a little awkward, especially if you have a party of four, which seems like that would be pretty common. We first got put at a table where you all have to sit on teh same side, and we couldn't get chairs for the othersdie of the table. We got moved to another area, where we could have chairs so we could face each other. It's a nice bar, but not one that i would go out of my way to bring out of towners too. Drinks were blue Hawaii, filled with a ton of ice, but still served nicely.
