I went up to get some pretzel nuggets, but the nuggets and several other products (including the regular pretzels) were visibly burnt. Ended up going elsewhere for food.
Customer service was outstanding. However, this is the worst Auntie Anne’s pretzel I’ve ever had. If I wanted a crunchy pretzel that leaves my mouth parched, I would have bought a bag of Rold Gold’s. I advise taking your money to Chili’s down the hall - thank me later.

Cashier lied to my face and up charged me a regular while giving me a small. I'm pretty sure he doesn't make commission so why?

Closed 4 and a half hours early. I thought it was just that I always got in late, but no they're just never open. Even when they appear to be, there are no employees around.

Was at mke Airport and went to auntie Anne's. Was told they did not have any nibbles available just what was out there. I asked how long for new ones was told 30 minutes. After 40 minutes of watching and waiting which is hilarious because they closed the gates I went back up and asked thru the gate how much longer and was told 20 minutes. I responded and said you told me 30 and that was 40 minutes ago. I could see they had pretzels and had bags on them but not serving customers. I waited until I had to board. Terrible customer service

This is the worst one i have ever been to. The staff were very rude and the pretzels were disgusting. You can tell the food was there for a long time because the pretzels broke like chips and were very greasy. I understand it’s fast food but don’t treat your customers like they are an inconvenience and definitely don’t serve old food. Don’t eat here try the other one further inside the airport.
