We had a fantastic dinner starting with the ambiance of the venue. Drinks were spot on, the food was amazing (I recommend the Waygu Steak) and the dessert was delicious.
The food was wonderful. ThenPeking Duck dumplings were out of this world. Everything was delicious. And our servers added to the pleasure of our experience.
It was the worst experience, it took three hours to actually have dinner, we'll never be back.
In celebration of our 45th anniversary, we returned to bacchus after a couple years absence. What we had was one of the best dining experiences of our lives. We did the 6 course chef's tasting with wine pairings. Each course was unique yet connected into an awesome culinary experience. The octopus and pork belly salad was indescribably good. The sweetest of scallops was nestled in an amazingly velvety red curry sauce. A bit of a kick but not too much. Then the waygu strip steak. Amazing flavor enhanced in a delicious espresso sauce. It was like butter! The wine pairings were great too. Truly one of the best meals we've ever had! Thank you!
What a great experience! The food was exceptional and the service was top notch. They were tentative but not annoying during our dinner conversation.
My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Bacchus can could not have been more pleased with the service, attention to detail, and the quality of the chef's tasting menu and our sommelier pairings. We even were surprised with a tableside visit from Chef Paul Bartolotta. Lovely food, lovely drink, and wonderful memories.
The service was great, and the food was wonderful. The ambience was luxurious but casual. Great place for a more special dining event.
First - I rated this as a 4 but really I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. My wife and I came here on the evening of 6/21 for the first time. It was quiet and not busy even though it was prime dinner hour. Perhaps that was thanks to the heat and Summerfest. Both of us ordered the 3 tasting menu since it gave us more flexibility in our choices vs the 6-course Chef tasting. We had the tuna for a starter, ravioli, short ribs, and desserts. All of it was very good. As a someone who has ate at many fine dining restaurants, I was not blown away, and so, not the full 5 stars. But that is just my experience and I know anyone who doesn't normally treat themselves to such an experience would most likely think otherwise. The service was top notch, as well. No complaints. All-in-all, I'd definitely go back, especially when the Chef tasting menu looks more in-line with my appetite. Absolutely give this place a go.
Amazing staff, incredible food, will be eating here for many years to come. Thank you for making our anniversary that much more special.
Absolutely amazing! We got the 6 course Chef's Tasting Menu with the Sommelier Wine Pairing. Incredible. Service was amazing, and the food was spectacular. Paul Bartelotta was in the restaurant that evening and stopped by the table as well. All in all wonderful. Will absolutely go back again.

The wait staff were wonderful and very well informed about the food. They were attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent! The sea scallops were the best I have ever had. The octopus starter was outstanding. The duck dumplings were very flavorful. The crudo was equally tasty. We would definitely highly recommend Bacchus!
Nice restaurant in an historic old building. You have to keep in mind that they close at 9 so may need to book an early reservation if you like to have an after dinner drink.
Kimberly was a rockstar! The food was amazing! Overall experience outstanding!
The ambiance and service were perfect in every way. The food? Meh. Both of us had the 3 course dinner. I had the ravioli app which was very bland. Main course was salmon and lentils which was ok but the fish was sitting in a watery broth which I thought detracted from the texture. My wife had a salad first course which was just mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and carrot strings - ok but not what you go to a nice restaurant for. She had short ribs which were fatty and had a mushy texture. We both had a wonderful molten chocolate dessert. Overall, just ok.
Excellent food and staff. Highly recommend.
