Pepperoni special..... been coming going to this location since the early '80s.

Best Pizza in Milwaukee!

This is my 100th review, and it is gladly of Balistreri’s on 68th! I have been coming here since buying a home in Wauwatosa in 1996. It is the quintessential neighborhood Italian restaurant. They make delicious thin crust pizza, get the large! They also have amazing deep fried eggplant. Parking is easy to find on 68th north of the entrance, but there is also parking in the back.

Very eclectic interior, very old school.

This place has a great energy about it.

Pizza was VERY greasy and not fully crispy, and my waitress was kind’ve rude. This definitely wont stop me from coming here, but the past few years has been a decline in service/food.

Great Pizza! Thin crurst and done perfectly! Definitely recommend stopping in for a pizza! 🍕 Desert's were very good as well! Had the Tiramisu and Flourless cake.
Stopped in again! Great pizza- GF option too, my wife was so happy

Yes!!!! I finally made it. It was definitely worth it. We had a cheese, sausage and mushroom pizza. We also a veggie pizza. Everything was scrumptious!

Calamari, eggplant appetizers and 5 large pizzas that were out of this world. Service was exceptional and attentive even though the place was packed. For a table of 8 with all the appetizers, drinks and pizzas, tip included $234. Half of the pizzas were bagged and taken home. Typical Italian restaurant with Italian peroni NA beer. Pitchers of Alaskan amber. I have been a customer for many decades and recommend the pizza as the best in the Milwaukee area.
